OPERA ITALIAN RESTAURANT CORAL GABLE
Opera is not a classic Italian restaurant. It is the place where the passion for Italian cuisine is expressed in every dish.
The open kitchen, the chefs at work, the scent of food and the sounds of pots, pans and cutlery, will allow you to actively participate in the ritual that takes place every day in the homes of southern Italy, where mothers and grandmothers prepare meals for the whole family.
Our cuisine is “healthy and tasty” and this definition is expressed through products of excellence, originality in the preparation and a deep connection with the territory of origin.

Chef & Co-Owner Roberto Consiglio comes from Molise, he grew up with his culinary skills in his homeland in Termoli, a seaside town in southern Italy, where he owns a typical trattoria The Opera in the old town.

My server was Mackenzie, attentive, kind and informative. Few notes is this is very laid back service; my wine was never poured, (ordered a bottle), had to ask for Parmesan, spoon to swirl pasta, plate to discard clam shells, balsamic, etc. Not really an issue yet…kinda is especially when restaurant only had two other patrons. Enjoy!
