Orfila Vineyards & Winery is one of Southern California’s premier wine destinations, just minutes from San Diego. Since 1994, Orfila has produced award winning wines that reflect the region’s Mediterranean climate, from elegant Sangiovese to vibrant Syrah and bold Rhône varietals.

We had an amazing birthday party for 30 held indoors in the area of hundreds of wine barrels and equipment. Flo and staff managed the entire day serving bottles of wine and great food and service within an area that allowed speakers to honor the guest ( with microphone) - fabulous and highly recommended! Bob and Marilyn Robotti

We were from out of town, in the area for a family wedding. So it was the perfect place to meet up with family members while the rest of the wedding family was preparing for their big day. What a beautiful and peaceful setting. It was minutes from the B&B we stayed at so it was so convenient. The food was wonderful! I'm so glad ew found this place on line. Was the perfect place to gather!

I booked a party of 8 with the expectation that there would be music, as advertised, and there was no music. I paid $300 for a simple table, that I could have just walked up to and purchased wine for. On a normal Friday, the $300 would be worth it because of the music and atmosphere, but not with just sitting underneath a tent with many empty tables. I constantly apologized to my invited guest, because this experience was not the norm for one of my favorite wineries. I'm disappointed but will continue to visit and maintain my membership.

Half of the weight staff was wonderful. The greeter was fun. Half of the wait staff was rude and irritable. New ownership is a bummer.

Hi, We reserved a big table under the large tent which came with 8 bottles of wine. The table was beautiful and the food truck food was outstanding! Views were breathtaking. I was little surprised that for the cost they didn't have anyone come by table to check on us , clear away dishes, or empty bottles, refresh ice for white wine etc. We basically got our table at beginning and were left. If I wanted more bottles I had to go back inside and wait in the lines to get another bottle. They didn't really have a special line either for special event guests and at times the lines were long. They might have been short staffed. Wine was great! I would return.

The food truck did a good job of making a variety of options. It would be nice to have wait staff, rather than self serve. The ambiance overcomes the casual dining, and the wine was wonderful. We had a table for 8 under a vine covered pergola. A beautiful afternoon was had by all.

I want to give it a 5 because we really had a great time celebrating my sisters 60th birthday there. It is a fun place to have a party especially with a live dj. But being that this was my first time, a few things could’ve been better. First off we paid $600 to have 4 tables reserved under the pavilion for party that came with 8 bottles of wine. No one tells you how to check in when you arrive. So I emailed my contact from the reservation and Florian was nice enough to come over and get my wine order. My wine was brought over but no wine glasses. I had to go back in and ask for wine glasses to be brought out. The chairs were filthy, I had to message Florian and he came out and wiped them down. The table clothes were dusty. There are only 2 porto potties outdoors that are packed the entire night. The food truck ran out of charcuterie plates. They gave you salads with no tongs or utensils. You’re basically on your own. No one checks on you once to see if everything going okay the entire evening, parking is packed too. But that’s to be expected. It’s open to the public.

We reserved a bubble on 2/15. Was very romantic and actually a pretty good price. We have been there before and always had a good time. They now have an Italian restaurant on the premises. Good pizza.

there was a long wait to get wine. not enough employees, there should be a separate line for wine bottle orders and one for the ones that take a long time with the tastings. As for the food, there was a long line as well then, they stopped taking orders because they were so backed up. At the front they had a big kids party which I thought the front of winery was adults and the families on the back.
