Badger Trap Strong Ale ABV 11% IBU 18US$ 8,00
At 11% ABV, this big Belgian Strong Ale is an easy drinker with a surprisingly floral nose and will warm you like a Wisconsin bonfire on January night
Pabst Andeker ABV 5.0% IBU 16US$ 6,00
A crisp, bright Hell's Lager malty body is built with Pilsner and Munich malts, Caramel malts add sweetness and depth of color and German noble hops are added for the traditional lager appeal
Stroh Signature ABV 4.8% IBU 21US$ 6,00
Bright and fruity, highly carbonated, soft and highly attenuated, it has a very pale color and a bright white capped head. Brewed with ale yeast, but stored cold and aged like a lager
Little Toe Wheat ABV 4.5% IBU 18.5US$ 6,00
Brewed with Madarina Bavaria Hops for tangerine flavor, orange peel, and elderberries. German yeast give this beer a sweet clove note that is balanced by the tartness of the elderberries

Special Edition Eisbock ABV 10% IBU 18US$ 6,00
Stronger than it's Doppelbock cousin, our Eisbock is brewed with imported German malts and a toouch of Carbohemian to add a hint of toffee. Aged for over 6 months, this beer is deep, rich & complex
Pabst American Pale Ale ABV 5.0% IBU 20US$ 6,00
Brewed with liberty and cascade hops, our American Pale Ale is easy to drink with a good balance of malt and hops
Peach Snap Sour ABV 5.3% IBU 13.5US$ 6,00
An American kettle sour brewed with German Best Red-X malt. Aged on toasted oak and finished with peaches. A delightfully tart beer with a rounded peach finish

We went for dinner - but they didn't serve dinner that night. This was despite giving us a dinner menu after we sat down. Nowhere on the restaurant's website - or inside the establishment - was there any indication that it was only serving dinner on certain nights. The waitress explained that this was a change because it had been "slow" for dinner. Problem was, we had tickets to an event and now were stuck with nowhere to eat prior to the event. At the very least, the restaurant should have been upfront about the fact that dinner wasn't being served when a group of eight made a reservation - and should have had signage to indicate that - and shouldn't have passed out a dinner menu!

A little too quiet considering the time of day and the great tasting food. Excellent burgers and fries. Top it off with a Pabst craft brew. Restaurant is on the second floor of the brewery so it’s easy to miss.

Although I've rated the various dining experiences very low, the reason was due to the disappointment of making a reservation, the restaurant excepting the reservation and driving for over an hour to get to the restaurant only to be told they were not serving dining room food on Mondays.

Definitely a place to enjoy the Pabst beer line up. Had a great 5% alcohol root beer! Beer hall style seating - long shared tables- with a couple 4 tops. Could be quite loud if busy since it is mainly hard surfaces and high ceilings. Architecturally very interesting with a very cool Pabst light fixture on ceiling. Will be a good place to watch games w/ flat screens at the bar and a large projection screen opposite. Food was good but not really a place for dinner - more of a sandwich w/ beer. Not a full bar.

Really nice, unique decor, and a comfortable and relatively quiet ambiance that we enjoyed. Good beer selection, friendly and attentive service, interesting and tasty food offerings (we especially liked the green tacos). Good service, though our server could've been a bit more familiar with the menu items. Prices were very reasonable, especially for the Friday fish fry, though the fish was a bit heavy on the breading and the dill. Certainly worth checking out--we definitely plan to come back!
