Great place to dine but there was an irritating loud fan noise possibly from the washrooms that came on frequently. Seats are very comfortable and service is excellent. The food was extremely tasty especially the lasagna

Multiple servers came to the table repeating the same thing about the specials. One came to the table to ask how everything was and did not listen to the answer; they just kept walking, asking all the tables the same question. One server brought the empty plates for the appetizers while holding them by placing their thumbs in the middle of the plates. In regard to the food, there was no side, such as pasta, served with the chicken parmigiana, which was just a thin, dry piece of chicken breast flattened and baked with cheese. Nothing seemed to be made fresh; everything seemed to come from a distributor, frozen and thrown in the oven. The calamari was just a small plate with a small amount of strangely similar pieces that were tasteless with some who-knows-what sauce. The swordfish was overcooked and lacked any flavor. The gelato was just cheap vanilla ice cream. When reserving, we included a note that it was our child's birthday, but there was no acknowledgement.

The restaurant is average in all ways including the quality of food, service, price and atmosphere. I wouldn't recommend it to others however if someone said that they wanted to try the restaurant I wouldn't advise not to.

My OpenTable history has more O&B restaurants than any other because I can expect to get great food and service. But this time, the FOH service was below standard. It started with the host; I had a reservation and was directed to a booth, but after being seated, I realized my guest had already arrived, checked in with the reservation details and been seated at the next booth over. Next, our server was very rushed in her demeanour and ran off with our food order before we could order drinks. When the drinks arrived, sugar was brought for coffee but not milk/cream. We had to flag someone else to get it. The meals arrived quickly and were placed haphazardly on the table, not in front of each diner. The dishes were delicious as usual, but no one checked in on us after the meals arrived. When our sever came back to clear the table, I asked for the bill and she ran away as I was specifying that they should be separated. Finally, after paying, the server ran away again while thanking us for dining. She was already several feet away from the table at this point and walking in the opposite direction. While there was a large party at the time of dining, the restaurant itself was well-staffed and normal seating area had only a few occupied tables. I didn’t feel like this rushed attitude was warranted, especially when we are spending at least $30 per person for lunch. On the food side, my only critique would be that I ordered a latte but received something more like a cappuccino with a dry foam. As an Italian restaurant, I feel like these nuances with espresso beverages should be achievable.

The place is cozy but the kitchen closes out at 9 and the bar at 10 on Fridays so not a great place to hangout if you’re heading for a late dinner or catching drinks. The service is great however.

My family and I went for lunch at Parcheggio to celebrate my husband's birthday, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! A huge thank you to Alex and our server for taking such great care of us. We really enjoyed our lunch, along with outstanding attention and intuitive, intelligent service! Alex truly made my husband's birthday lunch extra special. Highly recommended!

We have been to Parcheggio many times. I was disappointed this time. My wife and I found the pizza she ordered and the chicken parmigiana i ordered had no taste. Also shrinkflashion has arrived there. A glass of wine is 5oz. My parm that used to have spaghetti as a side now has nothing, sides are extra. Service was ok, but nowhere to be found when you wanted something.
