We called ahead to make reservations, I was hung up in three times. The fourth time I called and I told the person who answered all she said was “that’s weird”. No apology nothing and just put me on hold. Someone picked up I made the reservation and explained we needed 3 high chairs. When we arrived there were no high chairs at the table. Trying to get some ones attention to get one was not happening. MInd you, there was only a few other tables in the restaurant occupied at the time. Finally got one and it was broken. Could not buckle the baby in. Not quite sure who out server was as one person took our drink order, someone else brought them someone else took the food order and after an impossibly long time yet another person brought the food order not once did someone check on us in between. When we did get a servers attention and requested water only half of our group got their water. Finally as we were waiting for our check a servers attention brought a pitcher of water for the table but only half of us had glasses to fill. In the beginning of the meal we told the first server we wanted a separate check for a few people at the table. That did not happen so when asked them to correct it we were given attitude. None of the servers were friendly except the very last one who brought the pitcher of water over and apologized for the delayed but she wasn’t even a main server we had had during our meal. The bill was over $300 which was not a problem but the service was definitely not worth it

Probably need to advise customers that gratuity is automatically included in the bill.

Server was extremely helpful in getting food out as it was ready rather than all at once, as one of us was under a time constraint and needed to be finished ASAP. Very friendly and professional..food was very good as always.

Our server was wonderful and very sweet. She made her recommendations and she ensured we had what we needed checking on us multiple times and you could tell she truly enjoyed her job. We definitely will be back!!!

Great family restaurant in a town full of “bars with food”, and pubs. Quality and selections is great, as is the service.

Service was excellent. Food was good but chef doesn’t know what a well done steak is. We had to send one back twice and all other guests had finished when it finally was done. At least they didn’t charge us for that meal. We would return.
