Over dit restaurant

The Pearl Dragon is a Japanese restaurant that serves hot entrees as well as sushi and sashimi, Fortunately for diners who just want to grab their food and go or want it brought to them, the restaurant offers both takeout and delivery options. The Pearl Dragon is also one of the few sushi restaurants that also offers catering and private event space. The menu is split between sushi and hot entrees with plenty of great options for both. Under the small plates section, guests can order green tea smoked chicken spring rolls, organic chicken satay, and an ahi tuna tartare just to name a few. For the larger heartier dishes, the Pearl Dragon offers Kalbi beef short ribs, salmon teriyaki, crispy sesame beef or the signature "The Pearl," which is simply the fresh fish of the day sliced thin and put on a ball of rice, nigiri style.
