   We were seated in a timely manner due to reservation. Our waiter seemed newer and unfortunately was not very attentive...left plates at our table, didn't refill water, took forever to take our dinner order and only checked on us 1 time after meals. Our dinner was so expensive, I actually called back to review the check because I thought we were mischarged. $168 for 3 entrees, 1 appetizer, 3 cocktails. We eat out often and feel like this was totally off the charts for a dinner like this.

   We met friends there who live in South Dakota. It is their favorite place to go when they visit as they don’t have one in their area. Food was not as good as usual. Fried rice was very dry. Lo Mein had very little chicken for the upcharge. We wanted to sit at high top in bar as it was empty but they couldn’t serve there due to lack of staff. As a new location is opening near us in Broomfield, we hope it will be much better. Our server, (Finn?) was very friendly and attentive. Host was nice too.

   They brought my food out wrong and had to remake it. So everyone ate while I waited for my remake. I got my food after everyone was done and they still charged me.

   We were seated in the corner by the drafty window and were freezing cold the entire time. This is a known problem at this restaurant and nothing has been done to fix it. We will do take out next time.

    They did not have our reservation that was booked through Opentable so be aware. Luckily it wasn’t busy and they could take my daughter and her 5 friends for her birthday celebration. Would not have been nice to have to figure something else out if they weren’t able to take us.

    First, dusty. The light fixtures above our table covered in dust. Slow slow slow, it took nearly 1 hour to get our food, plus it came out one at a time. I got my food then 20 mins later my daughter got her food. Food was kuke warm, one dish they forgot the sauce. The server was fine, but blamed the kitchen for everything and never attempted to win is back. $240 bucks for 3 adults 2 kids, one alcoholic drink, nope.

    Took our daughter & fiancé out to celebrate their engagement. Hadn’t been in since the remodel - nice ambiance. Had a great meal & the new Tokyo Mule was awesome! The server was very attentive and friendly. Nice experience.

    7:45 reservation for 8 (4 kids). Ordered almost immediately and everything was just extremely slow with poor service. Asked for straws 3 times. Ordered a drink that never arrived. Dinner took 2.5 hours where the kids started falling asleep at the table. The restaurant was not terrible busy on a Monday either. Just not the kind of service you expect from P.F. Chang’s. I understand there is a pandemic going on but we are more than a year into it and you should be able to figure out how to better manage the restaurant.

    The food and service was wonderful. I would definately recommend the fried dumplings and the lettuce wraps. We were seated in the bar area and had several servers taking care of us. It was a very good experience.

    The food was excellent. My only recommendation for improvement is around the lack of indoor waiting space, especially with Covid social distancing. We had reservations and still had to wait outside on a very cold night for 15 minutes. If nothing else they need a system to allow people to wait in their cars until they receive a text.

    I would like to say this one of the best PFchangs I have been to. The one in my home town is Lex Ky is subpar. But my mother loves Asian food. So for the last few years I have been taking my mother and sisters out dinner. We have order a bunch of dishes to share and I have never been disappointed. We order a new dish , it was the duck and it was amazing !!! I would recommend the PFChangs in Broomfield Co for sure!!!

    We had a very nice dinner on the patio with the heaters. Evening was cool, but heaters worked nicely to keep it pleasant. Service was great, food was very good, and was complimented nicely by dessert. Everyone completed there Covid protocols to assure safety. Always enjoy coming to this location

    Overall we had a great experience. The wait took longer than normal for food and refills but I think that is just due to our current situation. However, the one issue we all had was how cold the restaurant was. Noticeably cold when you walked into the restaurant.

    Would not recommend, We were a party of 6 for a birthday celebration and the service was bad (basically forgot about us several times). The food was EXTREMELY salty it had to be returned for something else that was just okay. The music was so loud you couldn't have a conversation. Prices were to high for what you got. Was not pleased at all, and I'm usually always happy. Won't be going back. :-(

    This was our anniversary dinner. We over all enjoyed the meal. We did have a few things that was not pleasant, 1: it was cold in the restaurant. 2: we waited for about 30 for our meal maybe longer. Our server came to the table twice telling us it was going to be just a few minutes longer... 3: the music was a bit too loud.

    The precautions taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 seemed to get more and more lax as the restaurant got busier. When my wife and I arrived for our reservation at 5pm, people were being turned away for not wearing a mask. As it got later and busier, fewer and fewer people were being told they needed to a wear a mask until they were seated, and customers were allowed to pull the neck of their t-shirt up over their mouths and noses in lieu of a mask. There were signs on the restroom doors that said a mask was required to use the restroom, but 90% of people who walked up to the restroom door had left their mask at their table, read the sign as they approached, took a second to read the sign, then shrugged and went into the restroom maskless anyway. It appeared very much that PF Changs was merely going through the motions of taking precautions to protect their customers from COVID-19. The whole experience felt sketchy, uncomfortable, and unsafe.

    Service was slow tonight. They weren’t ready for our 6:15 reservation, saying that reservations made in Open Table didn’t transfer to their system so we waited 30 minutes for a table. It was another 45 minutes before our food came. We spent 2.5 hours there total, a bit much for our crew. Server was nice but they seemed unorganized, even at half capacity.
