Servers at bar staring at us and other guests instead of helping or alerting hostess of people waiting. Hostess could not find our reservation and showing her the confirmation. Had to re-request for booth after being seated at a table. Food was ok. Chocolate cake had taste of being previously frozen. Not up to par with prior visits.

The service and food here is always great. We have dined here several times, and we always return for some of our favorite dishes. They have a great selection of drinks as well.

It’s too bad that reservations made on open table are not actual reservations. Still waited 50 minutes beyond our “reservation time” for a table. We were told same day reservations are not reservations they just get you on a list.

Made our reservations for Valentine’s Day at least 3 weeks prior. Looked forward to their Valentine’s Day special menu, which we loved everything we selected. And the special care given to m, by our server and a manager, when my husband mentioned I had some food allergies was exceptional! My only complaint was still having to wait 45 minutes to be seated with a reservation. We live out of town and selected the time to allow us a safe drive home later. Then we were offered seating on the patio rather than inside on a cold day! We passed on that and waited longer to get seated. It’s obvious people love this place as we saw them turning away those without reservations as they were full to capacity. Just work on the reservation scheduling to make it a perfect evening! Chatted with a couple as we left who did take the patio seating “with heaters”. They were still cold and didn’t dress for the outdoors.
