The server did a great job, but the food was not as good as it used to be. The Mongolian beef was a lower quality beef than the last time I ate it.

We hadnt been back in quite a while. Last time almost 2 years ago the food quality preparation was below average. This time is was awesome. Appears the chain was off track but now got their mojo back.

Our overall experience was OK, but this P.F. Chang's has a consistent problem and it has to do with the staff, who typically seem unhappy and under a lot of pressure, even though the restaurant is rarely very busy. We always make a reservation, but the hostesses usually seem unprepared, and there is generally a lot of frowning and confusion before we are led to a table. Our server gave it a good effort, but she was apparently under orders to pitch their rewards program, even after we said no thank you.

P.F. Chang's food never, ever disappoints and the meal is always good from appetizers to drinks, to the entree and then dessert. All food is good here

After being bludgeoned by 15 text messages and having to confirm and reconfirm the reservation, we got there and the place was 10% full. The service was ok, but the food was simply awful. To add insult to injury, the prices were much higher than expected. We are not going back!
