   The server was great. My issue was being charged for rice in addition to my meal. There was no explanation that I’d be charged $5 for the fried rice. I ordered my meal and expected the bill to be what was shown on the menu. The server had recommended I go with a different soup so I don’t think it was too much to ask for a warning on being charged extra for the rice. $33 for an entree, the rice, and the soup is simply too much. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

    This is the 2nd time in a row that my wife, and I have eaten there. Both times service was extra slow. It took at least 15 min before anyone came to take our drink orders. My wife had to ask the hostess if someone would be waiting on us. Then we noticed tables after us were already getting their meals, and we had not even ordered yet. Will not be going back to this location. for the amount of the bill I was hoping for better service. Food is great, but the service needs some work.

    We were celebrating a birthday! Our server was working so hard to do a great job but the service was very very very slow. We had to ask for our waiter multiple times and when we did ask for our waiter the staff was not friendly and acted as if we were bothering them. And if we asked for more water they wouldn’t get it for us… they would say “you have to ask your waiter!” The restaurant was barely busy or full and the employees were staring wiring talking and doing almost nothing. Our dinner took absolutely forever to get and eat. But our waiter was trying so so hard. He was working harder than anyone else in the restaurant.

    Check out some of the new entrees, appetizers and drinks at P.F. Chang's. The Winter in Bejing and Midnight Ritual were delicious drinks to start out the evening with friends. The Peking Duck Spring Rolls were awesome. I loved by favorite, Buddha's Feast, because it always tastes like comfort food. Our waitress, Kassandra, made us feel welcomed and comfortable.

    They are very short handed in the kitchen, thus we actually never got our food before we had to leave. The staff was very apologetic and took care of our bill and provided us with a gift card to come back. this was our first time at this locaction.

    Hot in the restaurant The crispy honey chicken was drenched in sauce making it not crispy nor flavorful. All I could taste is sweet The old fashioned was watered down by the time it arrived at the table The hostess was wearing so much makeup she looked like a clown. Very unprofessional and did not comport with the ambiance of the restaurant.

    Our spontaneous date night began simply enough. After a brief conversation about where to eat last night (7/4) I pulled up open table (at 8:15) and found a suitable table for two at 8:45. We don’t live far so thirty minutes ahead felt like plenty of time. We arrived at 8:40, and that’s when it all turned. We were greeted by a server, no host or manager at or near the podium. The server very matter of factly informs us that PF Changs closed at 8:00, despite the information on both google search for the hours and also the company information on the actual open table app. I’m in the service. industry and have seen my bosses in the Open table app and how they can meter and also turn off reservations for time slots on any day and any time. The sole problem I see here that has prompted this negative review is that no electronic marketing, links or any other information posted anywhere said they were closing early. Not a big deal if management (the ones that dropped the ball here) had simply gone into this app and shut off reservations so I don’t have to show up to an Open table CONFIRMED reservation only to find out you’re closed. On a brighter note Fogo de Chao was open and served us a delicious meal.

    Amazing service, but the food wasn’t what it used to be. It lacked the seasoning. The lettuce on the lettuce wraps was so small, it couldn’t hold a small spoonful. The accompanying sauce was blah compared to the array of seasonings offered in the past. I didn’t write this kind of review during Covid crisis times, but we are all starting to move on and if this is the new norm, I’ll eat fast food Chinese instead next time.

    Terribly expensive for portions that are quite small. Mongolian Beef for $21 barely filled me up. Happy hour is listed on internet, but when we showed, up our server said it was recently pulled. Mega bill for a family of four and we left hungry. Service was excellent, though.

    We went to this PF Chang's prior to the theater and to celebrate my Daughters birthday. The Servers and wait staff were excellent. and my Beef and Broccoli was excellent. though my daughters Orange Chicken was OK- in that it was not crunchy on the outside like it normally is. Oh well. The addition of the Birthday card was a great touch- as was the complimentary Birthday dessert. Will gladly return.

    Always great. Very accommodating for people with allergies. Our daughter has gluten, corn, nut, and mellon allergies and has never been sick after eating here
