Our family love PF Chang's! It was a great birthday experience for my granddaughter. Our server was wonderful. He was attentive and yet didn't overstay his welcome. We will be back soon.

We always enjoy dining at P.F. Chang’s in Northbrook. The food is consistently tasty, delicious, and full of flavor, making it a place we are always happy to return to. I would especially like to recognize our wonderful server, Anna, who made our evening extra special. She was attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her warm and professional service truly made a difference! Our dinner was a delightful experience and the perfect addition to our visit to the Night of 1,000 Jack-o’-Lanterns at the Chicago Botanic Garden. 🍂🎃 Having a delicious meal with such excellent service was a wonderful way to complete the evening.

We showed for our reservation and were told they needed to clear some tables and to please wait. After ten minutes, the hostess gave us the heads up that it would take the kitchen at least an hour from receiving our order from the wait staff to receive our food at the table. We decided to leave and go to another restaurant nearby where we were seated and had our food within 25 minutes.

Waited another 30 minutes even though we had a reservation. Food took longer than usual. Do they have enough staff? Food was really good though.

The restaurant was hopping the night we were there, but our server, Hannah, was fantastic. She approached us as we sat down, got our drink orders right away. We saw her, and other servers, continually on the go all night, but she came to check on us regularly. The kitchen was backed up, but between the appetizers and the table conversation, we barely noticed until Hannah came over and apologized for the wait, then checked if we were good on our drinks or need refills (for the third time). Our food was delivered hit and steaming and everything was great. We were celebrating a birthday, and she brought the shareable dessert with lots of spoons and the birthday sparkler. She was always friendly and smiling and attentive despite how busy it was. She thanked us, told us to make sure to ask for her next time we visit. We left hapoy and satisfied.
