I’ve gone to multiple PF Changs in different locations and this was by far the worst one. The check in girl didn’t even care to select my reservation, she just out us in the table next to the exit. Our waiter wouldn’t even listen to our question, he would just go with the first word we said. I asked what was in the house salad and he said “okay one salad then” and I replied “no, I’m asking what’s in the house salad” and his response was “it’s salad” It was really not a good experience.

PF changs is just not what it use to be. The cutting corners in food quality is noticable followed by the average service that is transactional at best. Not all there fault and would eat to go orders from time to time but I don't want to feel nickel and dimed everytime I eat out. I worked as a waiter and made good money at 15-20% tips on half the check balances and was appreciative. Now you get orders delivered wrong, slivers of letuce for show that couldn't wrap around the chicken if it wanted etc. but a reminder to tip 25% of a bill. They use to offer dipping sauces made at the table, properly sauced protiens not pan seared dumplings that tasted like steamed.

The meal was a disaster from forgetting appetizers, getting cold entries, no rice, and when warmed it was over 15 minutes to eat. Worst meal I ever had.

Not the P.F. Chang’s of the past unfortunately. The food just doesn’t taste the same - too bland (even when ordering ‘spicy’ versions) and flavorless, although the lettuce wraps are still tasty. Our server, Audrey, was lovely though. We will opt for better Asian food restaurants going forward.
