Our server Rashod kindly moved us to a table that enabled us to celebrate a birthday without disturbing other restaurant patrons. Service was excellent. We do wish we could have had the music turned down so the 7 of us could hear one another clearly. Also sun shine was bright on our eyes despite the shades pulled down already.

Probably one of the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. My girlfriend convinced us to have a meal at P.F. Chang’s since the experiences she had had were pretty standard and quality of food and service, but even she was horrified the restaurant was in complete disarray and the furniture and decor looked worn and dirty . It was 20 minutes before anybody came to take our order. We decided to be ready with our order when they came so we didn’t have to wait any longer. One appetizer came and still no drinks they finally came back and told us that one of the drinks was not available due to a lack of an ingredient . When the food finally arrived One dish arrived incorrectly, and the other was overly greasy the garlic noodles were very rubbery and tasted of butter and sickeningly sweet. The cocktails were average they even forgot the lychee for the lychee martini. When they brought back the corrected dinner dish it was yet again incorrect so they had to take it back to the kitchen and 10 minutes later, they finally brought out the correct dinner dish . We were there for over two hours which left an incredibly unsatisfactory and to the evening. Not sure what has happened to the PF Chang standard. It used to be one of the only franchise type restaurants that we would frequent, but we will think twice before going again.

I always get the chicken wrap which still awesome. This last visit we had a party of 15 our server she great and patient with us but sometimes getting frustrated. So with being said parties over 5 needs 2 hostesses at least. To much confusion food was cold, some folks didn't get thier, food coming out late. I love PF Chang I'll be back.

We had not been to P.F. Chang's in quite sometime. Our return visit was very pleasurable. The food was great, the service was excellent and the atmosphere was very soothing for a week end wind down. Thank you.

This PF Changs in White Marsh was an absolute disgrace to the company. Upon arriving 15mins early for my reservation the hostess said that there would still be a 15min wait. The restaurant was completely empty and visible tables all around. If there were a shortage of wait staff I would understand but she gave no explanation. When I informed her we had a reservation she said “this restaurant doesn’t go by what Open Table says anymore”. I asked her if we could sit in the bar area and she said yes. When I approached the bar the bartender looked at me and said “Hey!, Do you need something?” I am a customer, approaching a completely open bar and that is the greeting? When I corrected him by saying “Excuse me?” he repeated himself asking the same question and at that point I decided to leave. When walking away I could over hear him saying “I don’t know what her problem is.” But that was the problem as to how I was greeted as a customer. This bartender was very young in age and as a former waitress and bartender I would never greet a customer for the first time in the manner as if it is a burden to wait on a new guest . His tone, attitude, and failure to receive me as a paying customer was unwelcoming and disrespectful.
