   Tasty food and came quickly. Some cocktails and all juices unavailable. Overpriced starters for size. No thank you or goodbye from staff as our group left.

   great food and although busy service was good. some items we wanted were not available but what we got was tasty. We were visitors to Birmingham so more detailed instructions how to get here would be better, eg actually in the Bullring/station.

   I had the chargrilled chicken thigh with rice and the taste was wonderful. My only complaint was that I didn't have enough chicken to go with the rice and I'm the type to always savour the dish the comes alongside rice. Other than that, excellent service and atmosphere. Had a great time with my friends :)

   We've been quite a few times to Pho in Grand Central. The food and service are always good and it's relatively healthy compared to other restaurants. We went last night (Valentine's Day) expecting to be given a choice of menu. When I booked there was a Valentine's Day menu; 2 courses for £19.95 or 3 courses for £29.95 I think it was with a glass of Prosecco. When we we seated we were given the standard menu. It wasn't the end of the world though.

   We love this place! It’s our first stop when we arrive in bham. Quick service, amazing food, broth was delicious on both the veggie and beef ramen, kids meal is massive, problem with delivery of tofu and squid starter as they didn’t have it in stock , which is our go to and was a little disappointed but still we had a lovely meal! Happy new year to all the staff.

    Our first time eating at a Pho restaurant and we weren’t disappointed. The dishes are very fresh, full of flavour and a bit different to many of the other offerings available. We will certainly be back to try some of the other lovely dishes on the menu.

    Food was good. Service..not so much. We have been ignored consistently despite many attempts to get there attention. My guests were about to walk away due to frustration before they came and took our orders, no apologies nor explanation for the delay given.

    Have eaten here 3 times during the last month and whilst the food is lovely, the heat (chilli etc!) this time had been ramped up so high in our mains, the food was almost inedible. The seafood spring roll as a starter was delicious though. Would go back but would definitely check about the heat level next time!

    Food was good, would definitely eat it again. Services wasn’t great, had to ask if we could get some drinks after waiting a while already and then again the same thing when wanting to order food but it was busy so understandable

    Overall service was great however we were waiting for a good 10 minutes despite the lady that appeared to be the manager (shoulder length red hair), looking at us a number of times. She then came over quite rudely, to confirm another 10min wait, yet a lovely gent came over and seated and served us straight away. The lady that proceeded to serve us, Scottish lady with blonde hair. Completely redeemed the managers service. The blonde lady, unfortunately didn’t catch her name was very pleasant, helpful and polite. The managers services needs, if that’s who she was needs reviewing. Almost walked away because of her, she pulled several rude faces at other customers too. Then also spoke in her own language whisky stood at the till with another member of staff. Compliments to the chef, food was exceptional. My first time trying Vietnamese food and I was very impressed 👌🏼

    we had an amazing time here, the lady who served us was the nicest person ever. it was a really busy night and she was apologetic but we understand how stressful working at a busy place is! she was so lovely and welcoming it made the whole evening. thankyou so much. the food was so good too!! compliments to the chefs. 100% recommend

    They forgot our drinks and when we asked they still didn’t bring them until we had finished eating. No compensation and still charged us service fees.
