The first Punch Room made its debut with the highly anticipated 2013 opening of The London EDITION, quickly setting a new standard for authenticity and quality. By reviving recipes that have endured through the centuries, it established itself as a distinguished destination, offering a unique blend of intimacy and conviviality in a setting renowned for its warm, welcoming atmosphere. Successive Punch Rooms have premiered at select EDITION hotels around the world, with each location chosen for its distinctive culinary and cultural perspectives. Since its debut, Punch Room at The Tampa EDITION has been at the forefront of the Tampa Bay area's beverage scene, pioneering innovative concepts and activations that consistently set trends and elevate the standard for craft cocktails across the region. Our latest menu concept will take patrons on a journey through the Americas in two parts, beginning in North America. In part one, we delve into the continent’s vibrant cultures, starting in the southern reaches of Mexico and winding our way northward through the U.S. into the picturesque landscapes of Canada. This captivating new chapter features cocktails crafted with native ingredients — each channeling the spirit of its origin to deliver bold flavors that are as familiar as they are surprising. It’s a drinking experience like no other—refreshing, unexpected, and unforgettable.
