We went to Red Lobster per my daughter's request for her birthday. I have to say the food was great. Service was incredible. The only problem I had was with the fact that I advised the servers and host that we were celebrating my daughter's birthday and I realized by the end of the meal that Red Lobster doesn't provide any sort of dessert or "celebration" for birthdays, or if they do, nothing for my daughter. I have to say that was disappointing.

Kids choice. Restaurant was fairly empty and wait staff was friendly and helpful. The dining room was clean however it is a bit dated. Waiter was very attentive. Drinks and food took a long time getting to the table. Mimosas were good but mixed drinks were average. Pastas were better than average. Apps were both slightly salty. Salmon bowl was phenomenal, crab was great value! The Brussels sprouts were not as good as they used to be.

We had a fairly large dinner party and they put us in an alcove that was still very much part of the restaurant but felt more secluded. Our servers were funny and fantastic. Even though we were off to the side of the main serving area, they never forgot about us but they also didn’t intrude too much. All in all, a very good place to go and celebrate my mom’s 78th birthday.

The waitress service was good but the hostess was extremely rude. We were late for our reservation and I tried to change the booking on this app. Once we got there I said I’m sorry we are late and understand if you can’t seat us but the app wouldn’t let me change the time. The hostess the said with the most rude and sarcastic tone that we would just have to give a call next time because they were really busy last week and I said I tried to change it but couldn’t and apologized, and she kept going how it was important that I called while I was driving with my two small kids in the car. The restaurant was not busy there was nobody waiting in line and there were many tables empty. The explanation and tone was not necessary
