Amazing service. Great food. You pay for what you get. I’ve been to some great restaurants in the greater Jacksonville area so there’s a lot of good competition. So far I would say this is the best among great restaurants

Beautiful restaurant, elegant tableware and a menu with many options. I didn’t think it was value minded I don’t mind paying higher prices for good food but the food was average. I got the lobster roll and it was very underwhelming. My daughter got a Caesar salad with chicken and it was also average. Atmosphere and service above average.

I feel like the rooftop restaurant has one foot in being a restaurant and one foot out. Meaning the restaurant experience you expect is not there due to what looked like under staffing. From the time we sat down to the time we got our food was over an hour. Our waiter did his best but it looked like he had too many tables to serve. Maybe it was an off night, but it truly changed our experience. Also, the food portions were a bit small for what you paid for, but the food was actually good. I’d would have rather paid even more for a larger piece of protein rather than feel like I need to order something else to feel full. I think if they promote the restaurant more, they would get more consistent customers which would allow them to plan their staffing better.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at RH Rooftop celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The atmosphere was elegant and beautiful, creating the perfect setting for such a special occasion. The service was outstanding, with attentive, friendly, and professional staff who made us feel truly welcomed and special throughout our visit. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and presented with such attention to detail. Every dish was a delight, and the presentation was just as impressive as the flavors. What made the experience even more memorable was the care and attention we received from the staff. Their hospitality truly elevated our celebration and made our anniversary feel extra special. Thank you, RH Rooftop, for helping us celebrate 25 wonderful years together with such an unforgettable dining experience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to mark this milestone. We look forward to coming back and highly recommend RH Rooftop to anyone looking for exceptional food, beautiful presentation, and outstanding service!

My husband and I were so very impressed from the moment we stepped out of the elevator onto the Rooftop Wednesday evening. We were efficiently welcomed by RH’a professional staff and led quickly to our relaxing booth on the glass perimeter viewing perfectly designed and manicured patio-scapes. Their lively ambient music blended with abundant diners’ conversations, to resemble elegant South Beach chill lounge-vibe surroundings. Very amazing atmosphere ! All four courses we paired with fantastic wines by the glass, which made this evening one we will always remember. Thank you RH. Well done !

Has gotten very pricey. Had to send fries back. Meals not worth what paid for.

Good afternoon Carolee, Thank you for dining with us and taking the time to share your feedback. I'm pleased to see that you enjoyed our ambiance, but I'm genuinely sorry that the food and overall value fell short of your expectations. Having to send your fries back is disappointing, and I understand your frustration when the quality of a meal doesn't reflect the price paid. We want every guest to leave feeling their experience was worth it, and I'm sorry we missed that mark during your visit. I appreciate your honesty and your willingness to still recommend us. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide a more enjoyable experience. Warm regards, Phillip Turner Hospitality Leader
