We always have a great experience at Saltgrass Steak House. The service is friendly and attentive, and the food is always fresh, flavorful, and reliable. It’s one of those places you can count on for a great steak and a consistently good meal every time.

Drinks took way too long to get there. Knew it was bad when we got the appetizer before the drinks. Ordered 3 ribeyes and 1 of them had way too much fat to where I couldn’t finish it. Top it off, we came here for a birthday and the experience was not worth it. All they gave her was a birthday card signed from the staff. I thought they were trolling. Overall, for the price, food and experience, go somewhere else.

Service was excellent, they catered to every need or request and even made a sauce for my wife that wasn’t on the menu. Very polite, attentive and efficient. Everything we ate was great.

My son and I enjoyed a delicious sirloin & fillet mignon with included sides. The salads, mashed potatoes, and baked potato were all very tasty as was the loaf of bread put on the table. Wait service was very attentive, and the "Texas themed" restaurant provided for a most enjoyable meal. Prices are very reasonable.

It was Mother’s Day and we were a party of 8 which included a disabled adult and an 18 month old child. The restaurant was crowded, but our server, Malcolm, was friendly, patient and very attentive. Everyone in the party had sea food, fried and grilled shrimp, crab cakes, and broiled fish with a variety of side dishes. Notwithstanding the crowd, the food arrived quickly and was fresh and well prepared. We enjoyed our dining experience.

Server was a 8 out of 10. Could have had a little bit more of a personality. Pretty blah! Food was just ok. Should be the same as it is in Rockwall which is where we normally go. We decided to meet my son over in Arlington because it's kind of the middle for both of us. Brisket queso seemed a little runny and not much brisket. As usual we had to ask for more chips because the never give you enough. By the time we received more chips the queso was to cold to eat. Overall I would say a 6 out of 10. Steaks were spot on.

My wife and I celebrated Valentines Day here and am so glad we had a reservation. We were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation time, and our waitress, Brianna, can right over to take our drink and appetizer orders. For appetizers, we had the crab cakes, and they were fantastic. There was plenty of crab meat, and the sauce on top was a good compliment. I entrée I had the Cajun Steak meal and baked potatoes. The steak was only OK because it had some fat, but too much grisstle and was frustrating to eat. The potatoe was loaded and really good. Overall, it was really good service, a good meal and the price wasn't too bad either.
