   A beautifully clean restaurant with a varied menu which does not overwhelm. The food is extremely good. But beware, the portion sizes are generous! Value for money is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed. I’ve met friends there a couple of times (so far) and it’s the perfect venue for getting together.

   The food was good and the staff were pleasant, but not very attentive. It's the second time I've had to tell waiting staff at that restaurant that authentic Parmesan cheese is not vegetarian and there were no gluten free options for dessert.

    We had an amazing experience at Salvi’s and could not rate the quality of food high enough. Every piece of food all 4 us had was just amazing, very fresh and clearly prepared to very high standard. The place was nice with busy atmosphere. The service was great on our arrival however as the evening went on the staff appeared rushed of their feet which has clearly impacted on our experience. Service got very slow and we had to ask several times for attention. Drinks were very slow, clearing table took good 45 min but despite all of this staff were very pleasant and helpful. We will be returning for sure as food was just devine with very generous portions. Thank you x

    Despite booking at table 2 weeks prior to the meal, we were placed at a table in the conservatory that was not even set & ready for us, table was wobbly and there was a strong breeze constantly blowing on us. The service was horrific with missing items and just generally very poor. We didn’t pay for the service and we wouldn’t go back!

    Was amazing service from start to finish, friendliest staff that i have experienced in a while. Best Valentines lunch they were amazing at making it special even gave the women in restaurant a gift for Valentines which i thought was very kind. Food so amazing, first time there but definitely wont be last!

    Overvalued place truly. Food is of low quality. Pasta seemed to be undercooked. Octopus served in tomato sauce which just kills its taste. Grilled cheese served cold. Nothing was offered to remedy our impression after it had been reported to a waiter. Not recommended

    Although the location is a little out of the centre, I really enjoyed my (first) visit to a Salvi's here at Deansgate Square... Not just because of its new and "Instagrammable" interior design either. We went at 12pm on a Wednesday, so it wasn't busy. I didn't notice the other tables. Do high ceilings help with sound insulation? The service was great - everyone was friendly, welcoming, smiley/beaming (and not in a forced way). They were attentive and thorough with our needs (not many, but we were a table of 5 adults and a 3 year old). The manager was super friendly with the 3 year old, and there was a lot of laughter and joy whenever he came over to either serve us or check that we were happy - not in an overbearing way. My cousins were visiting from abroad and they can't really get good Italian food. I wouldn't usually eat out at Italian restaurants because you can make many dishes at home... But I'd go out to Salvi's again! There were a few Specials and we chose the scallops. They were so, so fresh (melted in your mouth) and very large. RISOTTO MILANESE CON OLIO DI TARTUFO was cooked well, though the truffle was not strong. PASTA NONNA TERESA - delicious STAGIONI (pizza) - the toppings went very well together CAPRESE SALAD - can't really go wrong, but it was great to refresh the palate from the other dishes The green salad side was huge and all dishes were a great portion. Great value for money on the food, and we didn't have to wait long before the food arrived at our table (possibly because it wasn't busy). Everything was presented well despite it being a hearty Italian meal, and we left very full and happy.

    A little difficult to find but well worth it when we did. Welcoming staff and a lovely atmosphere. Good choice of food. Parma ham, gorgonzola and honey to start and then octopus and nduja pasta. Aperol spritz to drink. 40% deal on the bill. Perfect!

    First time ever visiting Salvi’s but definitely won’t be my last time going !!! Had the lobster linguine and it was delicious - the portion size was spot on and I can’t recommend enough !!! Staff were lovely and definitely can’t wait to return!
