Samvera is an upscale Italian restaurant and event space located on a sprawling mansion grounds. The inside of the building is elegantly decorated and the dining room is incredibly spacious with high ceilings and stained wood accents. Samvera also has several private dining rooms that are perfect for events, parties and weddings. The Samvera menu is custom created Italian dishes, each has been given its own unique spin by the skilled team in the kitchen. Popular appetizers include the calamari fritti, shrimp cocktail and the spiedini romano with fresh mozzarella and bread that is pan fried then finished in a white wine, capers and anchovies sauce. There are plenty of pasta and grilled dishes available for entrees. One of the more popular items is the Saltinbocca a la Romana, which is tender slices of pounded veal topped with prosciutto and sauteed in a sage and white wine sauce with sweet spinach.
