The Sapodilla food quality was super high and the flavors were amazing. We had great attentive service from Earl. The drinks were some of the best on the island from Ken the bartender. Our new favorite place. May have been our best meal in a long time.

The dining experience was mixed. The Caesar salad was excellent, the pasta was good, and dessert was fantastic. However, serving caviar with a metal spoon was a surprising oversight. The biggest disappointment was the steak special, advertised as aged Wagyu. We ordered it medium-rare and were excited for the tableside preparation with Hennessy sauce. The presentation was beautifully presented but the steak was a disaster. Served in medallions, it appeared to have been cooked sous vide and was completely overcooked. Aged Wagyu that tasted like ordinary pot roast? It lacked the richness, and quality expected from a premium cut. Unfortunately, beautiful presentation cannot compensate for poor execution, especially at this level of dining.

Amazing experience! Food and service were excellent! Definitely recommend! The best snapper I’ve ever tried. Our server was 10/10!

Food was amazing! It was our first time trying Sapodilla and were very impressed! Father and son server team were very friendly. We will be back for sure!

This was an incredible experience live piano music free shuttle from Baha Mar. The people were really nice. Ambience was great. The food was really good as well. We got the lemon snapper and the roasted chicken with peas and rice.

What an amazing dinner! This was our second time dining at Sapodilla and it was even better than the first. The complimentary shuttle to and from the Baha Mar is a great start, but the wonderful menu and gorgeous setting are the icing on the cake. Service was top notch, but not over the top. The menu items are straightforward, but all done with care and elegance. The wine list and cocktail menu are perfectly tuned for the restaurant, and again, sized perfectly so that there is choice, but not so much that it appears obnoxious. This restaurant does everything well, and with class and aplomb, much like it was years gone by, before celebrity chefs and garagnutan servings replaced skill and elegance.

We loved the experience and the ambience- didn’t know that there is a shuttle service to and from the venue would have been great to know. Service was great, food nothing special. My husband had to send his lobster for being overcooked and he never sends anything back. Food wasn’t worth the price in the end
