Delicious food and a great evening! A real gem in tooting market

Food was amazing, I didn't really rate the butternut squash dish so wouldn't have this again but the rest of the menu was superb.

Finally open on Sundays!We came for oysters and champagne and stayed for the afternoon! The food was fantastic,good service and lovely atmosphere! Would recommended!

There were 4 of us and the 3 others chose better than I did. The roasted squash and goats cheese was bland and not cooked long enough. I chose the risotto as a main and was also a bit disappointed. The last time I ate here I had a soft crab version and it was much tastier. I asked for a mock tail and got a watered down fruit juice, not great at all. I returned it and asked for a simple tonic. I was charged £5 for a single tonic! Wow. My friends had the crab bun and loved it. My partner had the mussels and the fried fish with a side of fries and was also very happy. Fortunately I shared the sticky toffee pudding and it was incredible! I will be back and hopefully next time I’ll have a better experience. I’ve had great meals here in the past.

Great fun, great food. Grab a counter seat if you can. Very enthusiastic proprietors. Top quality food, good value wine. My only quibble is the cash only policy - get a card machine guys!

Great night again at SeaGarden! I have been 3 times in the last few months and this restaurant never disappoints. The Fish Pie and Honey Parsnips were fantastic and obviously the triple cooked chips as tasty as ever! The dessert of the day was an apple and almond crumble with vanilla ice cream, a classic dessert executed brilliantly. Service very welcoming and as friendly as always. Will be back soon.

It breaks my heart to write this but sea garden was one of my fav restaurants and now having visited twice in the last couple of weeks to find the food disappointing and the service awful .
The first few experiences I had , the waitress made the whole experience , explaining the dishes , recommended wine - it was amazing . The last couple of times the service was terrible , the tables were rickety and they ran out of crab buns and mussels by 9 o clock - very very disappointing and unfortunately I doubt I will be back .

Excelent food and great service. Fun place to have dinner. Me and my friends tried everything on the menu. We were happy with all the dishes, but the best dish was the crab bun. The drinks are also good, specially the Yummy sour.

I have eaten here a few times now and it never disappoints. The fish is incredible and staff have a great knowledge of the wine to match as well as being so friendly and helpful. The only negative is some of the portions are a little small for the price but most are spot on.
You won’t be disappointed.

Looking forward to introducing some new friends to the experience. I want so disappointed that the service was so bad! The lady we had every time we have been before just made the whole experience. We weren’t served for an absolute age ( even though it was only Wednesday night ) which meant that we were only just finishing our meal when literally in 5 minutes flat the market closed down and we were chucked out . £55 each for two dishes and wine is just far too much for this experience.
So disappointed as this was once my favourite place to dine

We've been eyeing up this place in Tooting Market for a while and finally took the plunge. It was a Friday night so the market was buzzing, maybe a touch too loud, the bench seating is a tad too informal, and the service a bit haphazard - but the food! The food is fantastic. Amazing oysters, delicious soft shell crab bun and a tasty surf and turf featuring an amazing piece of pressed Iberico pork. Nice gin cocktail selection and a decent wine list. We'll be back.

Really disappointing! Have wanted to dine here for ages but is always fully booked when I pass by. Was expecting big things due to its popularity. The service was ok but the food was disappointing and in some cases, overpriced. The surf and turf was minuscule for the cost and the bread was stale. Such a shame as a really cool place and some great dishes. The mussels were delicious.

Food was amazing and great atmosphere - only thing I would say is the counter seats are a little bit too low for the counter and the chips were slightly underdone - but our main course was AMAZING and so was the bread and olive oil - will definitely be coming back x

This is the second time I have eaten here, and the food is delicious and well presented. Prepare to eat a tapas-style meal of amazing seafood packed full of flavour. Even the vegetable dishes are outstanding! They have daily specials too

They do a few dishes but they do it really well. Everything was fresh, well presented and delicious. Really good service too.

Went Friday night for a meal for two, food was great. All dishes are more sharing plates, all of them were delicious. However, paying close to Michelin star prices but sitting in a cramped bench in a market next to other people wasn’t a great a experience. The service and the ambience didn’t justify the price of the food.

Book before you go as it's a very good restaurant. The reason for this is Fantastic food great service and cocktails to enjoy and of course the passion to make it work.

Wow what a find! The food was amazing, market fish of the day was 1 of the best dishes I have tasted, service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Some amazing cocktails as well. Will definitely be back.

Service was extremely poor. Beer was warm. Dishes came separately over the course of an hour; 3 people had finished eating by the time the sides arrived, never mind the fourth person's dish. Waitress was extremely rude and said that 'it's sharing plates' but that does not excuse the unacceptably long wait. Food was lovely but the evening was ruined as we were constantly wondering where the remaining dishes were and could not relax.

It took over an hour for our food to arrive which was very frustrating. Food was good but not sure I'd rush back.
