   Pricey for the restaurant decor and ambiance. It did not meet my expectations of a Michelin listed restaurant. Lobster bisque was regular, meat was ok.

   What a wonderful ambiance and experience at such an eloquent restaurant. Our server Brad was wonderful, the Branzino was freshly tasting, and the cocktails were delicious.

   The wood fire grill adds a nice char to the steaks, but the quality wasn’t very high otherwise. One at our table did have the halibut and said it was excellent.

   The food was very 'Mid' Nothing to write home about. I was actually very disappointed as I was expecting a more flavorful meal/experience. The truffle fries were the highlight for me and that is a shame! The host and waitstaff were nice and attentive enough. We had the octopus appetizer and the shrimp for dinner...Again, nothing special here and I think this restaurant is Way overrated! Not worth the drive or the traffic in my opinion.

    Ask for Diego, he took great care of us. Try the octopus & lobster bisque soup. Steak wise go with the dry aged strip or the filet.

    This a hotel steakhouse.. some seafood but limited. Service was very good as it is through the entire resort. Fun to watch the steaks being cooked on the grill

    By far, the best looking JW and the best food experience. The Marquis in Miami ain’t bad but staff are not quite up to my standards. The one in Palm Desert is nit up to my JW expectations food wise, although sushis bar is pretty good

    By far, the best meal we’ve had in years!! The cocktails were very good & the meal was fantastic. My husband had the octopus & I had he colossal shrimp & they both were amazing! Our servers, Eric & Arthur were very attentive. Can’t wait to go back!

    Food was excellent. Ambience not so much. They need a sound engineer to try something to dampen the horrible noise. The overall design of the hotel totally fails, at least the public spaces. At this price point it should be welcoming and different. Just a huge space with bar, restaurant, etc stuck in. People are good, trying to make best of a bad design and unrelenting noise. But many other choices are better.

    We order a Ribeye with and lobster tail (we didn’t know that it is cold) bread and Octopus. The octupus and ribeye were great, the drinks were average and we think that the service could be way better

    We loved our dinning experience at Sear and Sea! Our wait staff was phenomenal and the food suggestions they provided were on point! Everything tasted great and we will definitely come back! The octopus and orange blossoms were some of the highlights on the menu along with the bread.

    Our soups came out ice cold. We had to send them back to be microwaved. The octopus was inedible because it was so tough we could not chew it enough to swallow, so we had to spit it out. MANAGEMENT & CHEF: “Octopus contains a lot of moisture, some of which can be removed by brining or sun-drying to make the flesh more tender before grilling, barbecuing or pan-frying.” I am a Certified Sommelier and have been all over the world please make sure your chef is familiar with what they are serving and how to prepare. The filets were under cooked and also arrived cold. We ordered medium with a char and the filets arrived medium rare and cold. The best thing we’re the sides. We skipped dessert because there was no point.

    This was my fiancé and I’s absolute favorite restaurant in Orlando. We came here to celebrate Valentine’s Day last year so we decided to do the same thing again this year as we were so impressed with the food and service. We recommended this restaurant to all of our family and friends as they served us the best steak we’ve ever had in our lives last year. This year our experience was a little bit different. We ordered the exact same things that we ordered from our last visit and it was just not the same. Both of our steaks were good, but definitely not as impressive as we remember. The brussels sprouts were amazing just as expected, but the potato purée was so liquidy and soupy we were extremely disappointed. We could not even eat it with our forks as it was so liquidy. We told our server that this is not what we remembered and we were very disappointed and he said this is what it’s supposed to look like. I’m not sure if there’s a different chef, but the food was not as impressive as we remembered.

    My husband and I went there for a date night since we were staying in the hotel. The server was amazing, and our soup and octopus were good, but the filet was small and undercooked and underwhelming. We love that they decanted the bottle of wine at the table, it definitely made the experience better. I am not likely to return because there are far better restaurants in the area with a similar price points.

    Second visit and just as fabulous! Tried the steaks this time and the green beans as a side. Plentiful, flavorful, and I might say I have never had better green beans! Service was exeptional. Worth the drive for us.

    We chose Sear and Sea for our Valentine dinner - atmosphere was average - food was not great - appetizers were very good (Steak Tartar / Octopus) but main course was not very good at all - Quality of steak was very poor (Tomahawk - $150) - and sides were served cold (fries and mushrooms) - also waited 45 minutes between apps and entrée. Most likely not going back.

    Waiter was very friendly but it took 45 minutes just to get some bread on the table. Shame there wasn’t more variety as my kids hate olives and the bread that came was stuffed with them. My sons steak was great. Mine was so salty it was difficult to eat it all and I love salt! For the price those two aspects made it just ok. For 270usd I’d expect that steak to be seasoned perfectly and with you g kids I’d hope the service would have moved a bit quicker.

    It was our 25th wedding anniversary, and I researched the 10 most romantic restaurants in Orlando, this came up. I would never ever ever recommend this as romantic, fine dining, ambience, terrible. There were no table cloths on the tables. It was as if we were eating in a restaurant/diner. Extremely underwhelmed. Wines were ridiculously over priced. For example, a bottle of Vueve Cliquot champagne, $180, anywhere else it’s 90 to 120! I will say that the food was good. My filet was done perfectly the way I like it however, my husband got sick while still at the restaurant after eating the halibut. We came to Orlando to celebrate our anniversary and he’s still sick in bed and it’s now 11 AM the next day. One very important thing I will point out. The brussels sprouts, they were the most delicious thing I think my husband and I have ever eaten. So there is that! Only three desserts, to choose from, none of which were appealing to either of us at all. I am so not the type that complains, but this experience was so overall bad and disappointing, especially being our 25th anniversary. Oh, I forgot, when we got there, they brought us two glasses of champagne from our waiter, Diego. Our waiter said it was on him to celebrate our anniversary. He didn’t want to come empty-handed his exact words. The end of the meal they charged us for those glasses of champagne!!!! And our waiter never returns for us to ask him to remove that charge, because we’ve given them our credit card first… Bad mistake on our part for sure!

    Our server Ian was amazing. The artichoke and bread appetizers were outstanding. The filet while cooked perfectly was a bit cool at service. Ian rectified that with a blow torch. The lobster bisque and Mac and cheese were phenomenal. Overall the atmosphere was a little like being in a lobby vs an intimate experience. It was great to watch chef sear the steaks.
