Was expecting a more luxurious menu, it was very plain so different to what we were expecting, had been before and it was wonderful. In my option I would phone ask ask the menu before I went if we go again!

We were married at Shearsby Bath 15 years ago and wanted to celebrate our Anniversary there. The whole experience was excellent and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend.

Celebrating three April birthdays including an 80th. Lovely country venue with excellent aspect. Inside the decor is warm and comfortable with a country manor feel. Very friendly staff attended to all our Ned's including serving a delicious the course Sunday lunch. Would highly recommend for special occasions and as hoc culinary delights.

Our table was in restaurant which was virtually empty apart from 1 other table and a pianist, there was no atmosphere. I felt rather sorry for pianist. The bar and snug area were probably better but these weren't available when I booked. Food was ok, expensive in comparison with other local options for Sunday lunch. Drinks service was very good, waitress was pleasant.

Lovely place. Very short staffed Couple of starters failed to arrive. Mushrooms great. Pate generous portion, haggis& bpudding disappointing as small and very little filling Lamb and Meat on the dinners- good. Pork just ok Inclusive Veg & potatoes were ok. Sides - cauliflower was actually raw (they did take off bill). Cabbage not very appetising as brown. Broccoli good Staff were great considering they were running round trying to serve a busy session

Lovely venue, it’s all very plush. Not many in the restaurant. It was Wednesday and early doors. But the waiter was really attentive, food was amazing and not expensive. I had the braised beef and there was so much meat I had to ask for doggy bag as I couldn’t eat it all
