Food was no bueno. Calamari was tough. Wings no flavor. Fries soggy Service was either none or forgot things frequently. Also broke bottle and spilt water glass on one of our members lol. That was funny at least. Under staffed probably, for a Saturday evening.

Unfortunately my very first time dining at shoeless Joes and not happy at all. The server dropped 2 glasses of water on my granddaughters stroller soaking it. The next incident occured when something was floating in my daughter’s straw. Then I went to begin eating and there was caked on food on my fork. Cutlery was not washed. The plates were not washed and then the final straw was when I went to get a plate and there was black hair on the plate. This is unacceptable from an establishment. No server came back to ask if we needed any refills for our drinks and did not provide us with new cutlery and plates. Never came to check on how our meal was going. I would not go back to this particular shoeless Joes again. Very disappointed.

Restaurant was dark and dirty, washrooms were disgusting. Place was understaffed, service was slow and we barely saw our server. Nachos took over thirty minutes to be ready and were gross. Do not recommend this place at all, just nasty.

Understaffed, not servers issue, management issue. Had reservations, took 10 min to get seated, 10 more min to take drink order. Ordered food, took 45 min. Poutine was cold. After finishing food our drinks finally came🤦 Usually have ok experiences at other locations, this was a disaster I hate to leave bad reviews, but this was very frustrating and compelled to share my experience

Rude staff. Tried to gaslighted us with a bad table in the corner and they were insistent that the table was good. We asked if we could sit somewhere else as there was several tables available and they refused. So we left.

A really bad experience. We made reservations for a game, but could not watch it because the manager let a crowd enter the restaurant, who stood in front of our table and did not allow us to watch the game. When I asked him for help, he said, "This is a free country, and the reservation only secures you a table to sit, nothing more."

We went for the world cup game and some people at our table got served food and we didn't . We had to go get our own drinks at the bar as the server only came around once. Such a joke of a place.
