Skagit Cellars La Connor Tasting Room is located in Gilkey Square La Connor, WA. The rustic and charming seaside town is a backdrop for a memorable winery experience.

Skagit Cellars is a multi-award-winning, family-owned and operated winery. We started making wine in the garage as a hobby back in 2008, but for Winemaker Mark Hulst, it quickly became a passion. By 2012 Skagit Cellars began commercially producing wine. Within a year our wines began winning awards at local, national, and international wine competitions.

The health and safety of our customers and staff is high priority.
-Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes.
-Groups will be limited to 10 guests or less (including children).
-Masks are to be worn by all guests until seated and visiting the restroom.

$15 tasting fee waived with bottle purchase.

We always pay a visit to Skagit Cellars when we are in La Conner. The wine is good and the service is outstanding. Russell makes everyone feel like they are old friends. Alicia waited on us during our last visit and she was very friendly and attentive. They had live music one evening while we were in town & it was so much fun. Michael Dayvid played and he was amazing. If we lived closer we would definitely be members of this winery.

Rated 5 stars for "food" to represent the wine. No food sold here. They are VERY food-friendly and you are welcome to bring snacks or food from local restaurants. I tried the red wine sampler and was blown away by the selection here! There is something for everyone. Delicious local wine. They waive the tasting fee if you purchase a bottle. The prices are very fair here. Live music was very nice and staff was smiling and friendly. They also love dogs here (inside or patio)! Art all over the walls and beautiful atmosphere.

There is no food, this is why I gave one star. I would love it if there were nuts or popcorn, something to snack on while enjoying a drink.

Good wine and ciders at a comfortable and friendly local establishment. Russell knew his wines and drinks very well. His customer service and attention to his customers was refreshing. Food is not served here, and Russell said it was okay to bring my own food. Win/win! I love that he’s bringing in local musicians and artists. #supportlocal

Fine enough room but the server smelled so terribly of stale cigarette smoke every glass of wine had "hints of tobacco." Server also said they had just been sick and it was clear from their cough. Perhaps staying home another day or at least staying at a personal space would have been a much better take. Server seemed very put out by our table. Perhaps they were not feeling well. We will definitely not be back. Many better places in La Conner.

This is a place for only drinking. With tasting there is no food, not even crackers. So, it could be interesting to prevent customers about that. The tasting itself it was interesting and the staff give us some nice tips about restaurants in the area.

Always a wonderful experience with excellent people! Every wine is absolutely amazing! You can not go wrong with any wine purchased from here. I have had the privilege of going to visit both La Conner and Manson locations. The La Conner tasting room was busy, but Russ really made it special. Thank you all so much for making amazing wine and always making us feel at home!!!

Russell our server was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The wines were amazing, normally when wine tasting at a winery we find one or 2 wines we like, at Skagit Cellars we loved every wine we tasted (7 in total) so much so that we joined their wineclub. When in La Conner this is a must visit destination.

This was so much fun. Our family of four attended a wine tasting before we headed down the street for dinner. The wines were delicious & the guy who poured was very knowledgeable & entertaining. We loved it.

I wish I could give service a 10 star review! Russell took such amazing care of us! Fantastic wines, great vibe, terrific service. Mark, the wine maker was there and the story behind the Cab Franc was hilarious. The passion and knowledge about wines and wine making are clearly are reflected by the elegant wines. A hidden gem in the Skagit Valley and the laid back town of La Conner. The La Conner location is cozy and lively. Music selection (what other tasting plays the Clash and RATM!), meeting new friends made it a blast. We'll be back for sure, since we joined the wine club. Can't wait to visit the Manson location when we take a trip over to Lake Chelan.
