Great day. Just some of us got told to get Id and bring into the pool to show it when they had shown it and got a pink wrist band on. Also not enough shade areas.

My friends and I did this experience while on holiday as it was recommended by a friend. We were very disappointed. We paid $20 each to be able to use the facilities. There were no towels available for at least 15 minutes if not more. When they did arrive only 10 towels were delivered. We had a party of 4 and many more people were lining up for the towels. I cannot tell you how filthy the area was and there was no attempt to clean it. We had to clean the floor with the 20 or so dirty towels left on the floor all over the area. There was food ground in the gaps in the floor. I was not impressed at all. The staff was trying to serve everyone and we could see they were doing their best. There was no one cleaning and this seemed to be the problem. This in no way reflects the service we received from staff when ordering our drinks and food. They were professional, friendly, and efficient with service.

All day pool pass is a great idea. The entry fee is actually a bar tab as well so it goes toward food or beverages so it is well worth the visit

The food was very very poor - a finger food platter that you could not eat with your fingers. It was a vege / salad that should have been served as a side with a meal not as a platter. We could not eat it. The other platter with cheese and crackers had stale, soft crackers with it so we also could not eat it. The location is awesome and the kabana itself is also great. The food was very disappointing but. everything else is good.

Great atmosphere and views. You get most of your fee back in food/drinks credit. Frozen cocktails in the pool overlooking magnetic island on a hot Friday afternoon, followed by a few drinks and live music at the quarterdeck is highly recommended when in Townsville. A great afternoon.

My sister and I spent Melbourne Cup Day at the Splash bar. It seriously was the most relaxing enjoyable day. The service was friendly and professional, the food and drink were tasty and value for money. The pool and surrounding area are well maintained. It was a five-star kind of day. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Was requested to book online and paid $80 pp only to have other groups walk in and out and proudly not pay. Thought the booking would at least secure an area for us an instead there was no where to sit. The QR code ot order food said that the kitchen or bar weren't taking orders and it was lunch time! On top of that took over 25 Mins to get a drink at the very under serviced splash bar. Disappointing~
