The Springs Restaurant, Bar and Terrace are located within the Crowne Plaza Harrogate, centrally located next door to the Harrogate Convention centre.
Springs gives you the choice and flexibility of where to eat, whether its in our 1st floor restaurant, or the Springs Bar situated on the floor and with adjoining extensive outside terrace and dining experience.
Wherever you choose to eat you will enjoy extensive and delicious menus and great customer service .
The Springs Restaurant is open daily for breakfast and dinner, where as the Springs Bar opens at 10am and serves foo all day from 12 noon. Our Head Chef is Binoy Michale who joined us in August 2021 after working in Harrogate for 20 years. Binoy has brought a wealth of expertise to the hotel and his brigade of chefs offer a high standard of dishes. On warm days you can take advantage of our Terrace area, where we have seating for 70 guests.

    The food was good, the let down was the very poor choice of drinks. Seemed to have supply issues other tables were been told that their choice of drink or wine was not available.

    The restaurant lacked atmosphere. We had to wait 30 minutes for our drinks. Our food arrived promptly and was very tasty.

    Very nice food. We tried the lamb on the first meal and then fish and chips on the second meal. Both were excellently cooked and presented.

    It lacked atmosphere and ambiance- staff were stiff and didn’t give any welcome to customers as they arrived. Food average and average price. Very quiet in restaurant- but location and decor was good

    Used the Springs restaurant at the Crowne Plaza for breakfasts over 4 days and can say that they were well set-up with sensible, but not over powering, Covid rules, and that the service & food quality were very good. If you're after a full English, continental breakfast or healthier options they were all available and of good quality.

    Clean , and very efficiently run , all staff friendly and having one person serving breakfast at the buffet is an excellent idea and you should keep this in place after Covid rules , ran smoothly and not a long wait . Will be back , thankyou x

    We had breakfast. The hot food that I had was mediocre. The Black Pudding was rubbery and the bacon was tough - probably caused by being on the hot plates too long. I would recommend the Special Orders to make sure the food was fresh.

    Booked at short notice. Nice table. Good value set menu for two with a large glass of wine. Service slightly slow but they were busy and the staff friendly. Quality of the food was excellent and very hot. Couldn't really fault it.

    Great portion sizes and lovely pie for the Mrs and battered fish for me. Definitely recommend for anybody thinking about booking a meal at the hotel. Worth it.

    Service was a little bit slow but the staff were friendly. Food was okay average, but the halloumi fries were very good. Drinks prices typical hotel price. The terrace was in the sun so we enjoyed a few drinks and lunch overall would we go again yes.

    Great place to sit and eat out; blankets were given and the staff were really friendly. Food was ok, nothing too exciting on the menu-we had pizza and fish finger butty( which was what we needed on the day). Would definitely go back- once lockdown is fully over -and hopefully the menu will be more exciting.

    Best fish finger sarmie I've EVER had! Pity that the booking didn't mention that the terrace was being renovated, luckily the food and the company made up for the lack of ambience!
