The drinks are amazing…alcoholic and non-alcoholic! The food, however, is extremely bland. I mean EVERYTHING was bland. The service was phenomenal though!

Extremely loud when they bring out sundaes. They turn the music on almost to a deafening volume. My 3 year old was terrified and had anxiety the whole meal. If my kids weren’t famished I would have left.

Outside Hostess was completely rude telling us we were an hour an half late for our 6:15 reservation (we arrived at 6:10!) when we showed her our reservation saying 6:15 she goes in- must have been an error someplace, I get mistakes happen but no need to be so rude to us especially when mistake was on their end.

I think I need to give up on Sugar Factory, because every time I visit, I’m disappointed with the food. Who serves five small pieces of battered chicken wing—boneless or otherwise—with pasta? It honestly looked like they took a single chicken wing and cut it into five pieces. Value for money? The Thai sauce was good, I will give them that. It was my niece’s birthday, and we were told we would have to pay extra to have the staff sing “Happy Birthday” to her because we hadn’t ordered a specific item from the menu. That was disappointing. The only saving grace was our waiter, who was pleasant and genuinely tried to fix things. We had to send back the onion rings, change the water for the tea because it seemed they had served it in a container that looked like it had been used for coffee, and send back the mac and cheese because it looked more like soup. Not going to mention the quesadillas with the hardened tortilla. The only thing that seemed worth the money were the burgers the kids ordered—and they ate them. At this point, I really have to ask: What happened to the Sugar Factory experience?

Took awhile to get service but she was lovely when she did get to us. Pink sliders were not even edible.

Food and drinks were terrible. Everything tasted frozen, burgers were way over salted, cocktails are extremely sweet.

We ordered two chopped steak meals, and unfortunately they didn’t meet our expectations. The meat was dry and lacked seasoning, and it wasn’t served with any type of sauce, which made the dish feel even drier. For the price and the restaurant’s reputation, we expected a much more flavorful and satisfying meal. Overall, it was just an ok experience and didn’t feel like a good value for the money. Hopefully it was an off day.

The food was downright terrible. We ordered the chicken parm sliders and they were not as described. The blue burger was decent but the sampler platter was extremely mid. The order came out very fast. The waitress was extremely dismissive because she was focused on an issue with another table. We felt uncomfortable. The icing on the cake was that they charged me the wrong bill and proceeded trying to call our room at 2:30am!
