Very good pizza and great value. Had a Potosi beer on tap which made me very happy. Waitress was wonderful. Busy place! Thank you.

Our experience at Sugar River Pizza Company in Sun Prairie was definitely a mixed bag. The strawberry walnut salad was delicious, and the pizza bowl was excellent — it came out hot, flavorful, and clearly a favorite because my partner completely finished it! 😂 Unfortunately, my Alfredo goat cheese pasta with chicken, asparagus, and peppers was very disappointing. The pasta was extremely cold underneath the sauce, the asparagus was severely undercooked, and I couldn’t taste or find any of the goat cheese, which was supposed to be a main component of the dish. Overall, it lacked flavor and just didn’t come together the way I expected. The breadsticks were also a bit overcooked. The fries were another miss. My kids actually refused to eat them because they said they tasted weird — and that says a lot because my kids LOVE fries. 😂 That said, our server was fantastic. She was quick, attentive, friendly, and consistently checked on us throughout the meal. She definitely made the experience better. There were some really good items, but unfortunately, the inconsistency with several of the dishes made the overall experience just okay. I’d definitely come back for the salad and pizza bowl, but I’d probably skip the pasta and fries.

Quality of food is very good. Kitchen turn around time was excellent. BUT, had a long wait before the waiter showed up to provide water and menu. Also a long wait to take our order. Staffing was down and lots of people eating there.

Waitress was too busy. Had to ask multiple times for drinks. Wrong sandwich was served for one, bread was soggy and meat was burnt for the other. Fried pickles were soggy and some of the breading was still raw and gooey. This was my birthday dinner and I couldn’t have been more disappointed.

Not good food, not close to Italian. Chicken parm is frozen chicken tenders… service was missing half the meal. Upset my wife. Would not go back

I had the pasta and it was EXCELLENT, service was good, but the place is noisy, hard to carry on conversations.

We started with the pretzels and they were great. The caprese flatbread was tassy as was the buffalo Chicaken pizza.
