Superica
– “where sunshine spends the winter” – also known as Tex-Mex cuisine served in an Old-West-inspired atmosphere alongside music inspired by Austin.

The cuisine is a combination of 1950s Tex-Mex and the wood grill that has taken the food to another level by way of fajitas and more. An “evolved Tex-Mex menu,” includes the classics: tacos, nachos, tamales and enchiladas plus more intricate dishes such as wood-grilled fajitas and shrimp tacos always served with just-made flour tortillas, all while paying homage to the traditions and recipes that have been a part of the Texas culture for decades.

Must-Try Restaurants in Fenton | PART 2 🌮🌵 Continuing my neighborhood food series in @fentonnc, and this week’s stop was Taco Tuesday at @supericatexmex! I first tried Superica years ago in South End Charlotte, so I was excited to finally check out their Cary location. Here’s what I ordered: - Classic queso - Flautas (my fave 😋) - Tacos de pescado (another standout!) - Steak fajitas Overall, great flavors, good portions, and worth adding to your Fenton rotation! 📍 25 Fenton Main St, Suite 110 Cary, NC 27511 Stay tuned for Part 3 and follow @ceebeeating for more of the best bites around the Triangle! #superica #fenton #texmex #flautas #fajitas #texmexfood #tacosdepescado #queso #carync #cary #ncfoodie #ncfood #raleighrestaurants #caryeats #raleighfoodie #foodblogger

We sat outside on a beautiful night this fall and were cheerfully greeted by a new server that was in training and her trainer. They were knowledgeable and very helpful as I had not been to this restaurant before. The food was very good, came out in a timely fashion and we received very good recommendations from the waitress.

Good was okay but pricey for what it was. The music was extremely loud, it was 630 on a Friday. Had to shout to hear each other at the table. Service was very good.

Destiny was a phenomenal server, she handled large parties and questions with grace. Seriously tied between having her and the tres leches as the best part of my birthday dinner with friends!

Food is fine. Music is way, way, way too loud. Groups can’t have a conversation without yelling.

Great menu if you're a lover of mexican dishes. Prepared and presented well. Staff is very friendly and knowledgable about the dishes on the menu and kept us supplied with our beverages. Food was prepared and delivered promptly. Will definitely go again.
