Super cute place! Very well decorated, nice staff, fun music, small, quaint, and unique. The food was good, but was not outstanding. I would go again and try other things. The two specialty sushi rolls we ate were both very good. The fried rice appetizer was my least favorite. We didn't try any cocktails, but we will next time.

Honestly we went when it first opened and didn’t care for it. Our next door neighbors go all the time and rave about it so we decided we should give it another try. Boy are we happy we did! We went for date night last night and ordered dumplings for an appetizer, a fried chicken dish and the Mongolian beef. All of it was amazing especially the Mongolian beef. We will most decidedly be back on a regular basis!!!!

This was our first time at Tiki. It’s located in a cute craftsman house on the 500 block of west Main next door to Jack’s when we walked in we were greeted by two bartenders, one of them Sarah was our server. We started with cocktails, mine was a Japanese whisky based drink and my wife had her usual dirty martini. Both were made perfectly. We asked about the sake offerings and were offered a flight to sample what we liked and settled on a cold unfiltered variety that was outstanding. It paired well with the crudo appetizer and fried rice cakes. Both were fantastic but the rice cakes stole the show. If you go here, order these and thank me later. Then we ordered two rolls, the tempura and kimono. The tempura was fried and meted in our mouths. 10/10. The kimono was tasty but you better like spice because it’s prepared with serranos and topped with siracha. 9/10 for that one. All the fish was fresh and the dishes were presented artistically. Sarah was the perfect hostess and enjoyed that we were learning the menu and learning about sake. We will definitely be back next time we come to town!

I was really disappointed with the service here. I made a reservation weeks in advance but still had to wait for a table to become available due to understaffing. Once seated, the food and drinks also took a significant amount of time to come out and our server wasn’t very present as he was clearly stressed and running around trying to attend to other guests. I appreciate that the staff was doing their best and food was very good but unfortunately, the lack of service and long wait times made for a pretty disappointing experience, especially over a holiday weekend. Not sure I’d come back.

Food was ok but very Americanized. The mayo on the spider roll was overpowering. I sent it back. To be fair, the service team was hustling, but they couldn't handle the volume of people on this Sat. So overall experience was poor. Will probably not return on a busy weekend. Management should look into expanding the staffing for those busier nights.

We made 5:00 reservations but changed them to an earlier time without difficulty. I ordered the special Texas roll and my friend ordered just a bowl of combo rice, my husband got the beef Mongolian bowl…. It took quite a while even though the place was empty. I hadn’t even taken a bite when the waitress came & said she’d made a mistake and brought me the Smokin Aces roll and not what I ordered. She placed a second roll down and said, here’s what you ordered and we’re not charging you for one. Ok! Happy mistake for us! The rolls were very large, the bowls were huge! And best of all everything was Betsy delicious EXCEPT the cold crudo summer appetizer…. Hamachi, pickled strawberry, in a watery sauce…. None of it had flavor, that’s a sad pass for next time. The second roll made up for that app! The place is small but it’s oh so cutely decorated! Japanese Paper lanterns & umbrellas literally cover the ceiling. We will come back!

What a fabulous experience! We were greeted warmly by the GM and escorted to our table. We were fortunate to meet Kaden our waiter. He was knowledgeable, fun and made our meal so special. The food was terrific! Best Mongolian beef we’ve ever eaten. All dishes we experienced were presented with style. Sushi, fried rice, egg rolls and edamame, you can’t go wrong!! Thank you Kaden!!!!
