The Swan bar, restaurant & private dining rooms are located at Shakespeare's Globe on Bankside and have stunning River Thames and central London views.

The bar offers relaxed all-day dining, sharing plates and British classics such as fish and chips, alongside craft beers, small-batch London gins and tonics, seasonal cocktails and English sparkling wines.     Eten was zeer goed. Haastige bediening. Mooi uitzicht over de Theems. Restaurant is prima, bar is erg druk en rumoerig.

    The food is devine The service is excellent, really really excellent The price is very reasonable considering the above. It's my favourite place to eat in London.

    The lunch set menu is a total rip off! It included a list of vegetables that we assumed were included. The main dish was a tiny fish pie. When we asked about the vegetables, we were informed that these cost extra! As I was taking a friend to lunch for her birthday, I didn’t want to make a fuss. However, the bill was £90+ for what was effectively a bar snack!

    This is my second review for the Swan London (my first is a year ago on Google). My first review was about a wonderful birthday lunch I hosted there last year. This review is about an afternoon tea for nine people that I hosted on a Saturday afternoon. The guests were all from out of town and in London for a conference. They loved the venue with its incredible views (next to the Globe, across from St Paul's) on what was a beautiful afternoon. They enjoyed the Shakespeare themed tea too. What I appreciated as the organiser was the excellent service. Brandon and Miles couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. We weren't rushed at all and it made for a wonderful experience for the whole party. Thank you!
