   Sadly the food was terrible, there was a mix up and we received food we didn’t order and didn’t receive the food we did order. Emily, the manager was flippant when we raised our concerns and our overall experience was very poor.

   Been to this restaurant lots over the year, i would like to hope this was an off day as they were short staffed, and slow in the kitchen. It was a slow experience.

   We went for the vegetarian set meal for 2 and it was sooooo good..and not badly priced..service was excellent and the restaurant is smart… we enjoyed our meal and it didn’t feel like the prices had been hiked up because it’s a touristy place. Loved it….

   The menu was not as advertised on the website. I double checked that I was looking at the Bath menu. We chose the rice with chicken and chorizo. We had 2 mouthfuls of dry chicken each. It was very bad value for money. The drinks are also very expensive.

   We arrived and two staff stood chatting instead of coming over or at least getting someone else to greet us. Our drinks were so slow to reach the table that our food arrived first. Not the best! Wish service had been as good as the food.

   Wine arrived just as we were finishing our food. Service was very slow - clearly not enough staff. Food was ok but only just enough - we had a variety of set menus which I’d expect to be more generous. Would think twice about going again…

    Left waiting 5 minutes to be seated. Limited choice of wine, beer and cocktails due to them being “out of stock”. The drinks we ordered did not arrive until we had finished eating. We attempted to ask 3 times during our meal where our drinks were; firstly to the waiter who brought out our meal, secondly to a passing waitress who ignored me when I said “excuse me” and thirdly my partner went to the till and asked the manager during our meal, but still no drinks. When paying we explained about the drinks and the waitress said it had been a bad day. Generally it appeared chaotic; there was plenty of staff but tables were left uncleaned and there were dozens and dozens of dirty glasses left on the bar.

    No mojitos and apparently hadn’t had that option for a couple of weeks? I’ve had lots of tapas as its our favourite and maybe our bad for going to a chain. The food was quiet basic, not a lot of choice.

    Our greeting was off, as was the rest of the evening. Something had obviously happened earlier and all the staff were deeply unhappy. We were going to a concert and didn’t have a lot of time. Our meals were left on the serving counter for 5 minutes (although we didn’t realise they were ours at the time) Our food was tepid when we started eating but given there were people around us who had arrived earlier and were still waiting for their food, we decided we couldn’t go through the process of complaining, reordering and then being late for the concert. This was our second time here and we returned because we had enjoyed the first experience so much. We will not return.

    Restaurant was cold - we were moved to the back further away from the door but we still needed our coats on to eat. Incorrect dishes brought and when we asked waitress where a missing dish she had promised she would sort out straight away we were told they were busy and rolled their eyes New menu is disappointing

    Welcoming and friendly. Told what's not available straight away so don't waste time ordering something they haven't got. Food was served quickly and efficiently. Was very tasty and lots of choice would go again.

    We had an absolutely lovely time, the food was amazing ! It was my wife's birthday and without asking, a member of staff brought out a birthday treat with a candle in it for her ... It was such a lovely end to the meal. Can't thank them enough for our wonderful time there 🤗

    Food comes out very slowly allegedly because it’s “tapas style” and comes out when ready but customers are not informed of this up front. A family of 4 sharing one dish for ten mins is not fun and this doesn’t happen at any other tapas restaurant I’ve been to, Portions are tiny, even my children of 8 and 10 were still hungry after we had 9 dishes between 4 of us. One dish (patatas bravas which surely must be cooked in big batches) never came out. Overall a very mediocre experience.

    We were made very welcome the staff were very friendly We had a jug of sangria which was okay but not sure it included very much alcohol ! The food was very nice and I felt good value for money. The negative was definitely the state of the toilets ! No toilet roll, very dirty and flush broken off the wall. This really did let the whole experience down

    Ate there with a group of people and the tapas was similar to when I lived in Spain. The food and drinks were so good but it seemed like they turned people away around 8pm on a Thursday so I would arrive before then to get a table!

    Very slow service and most of the menu that we wanted they didn’t have, they didn’t tell us this until they started to bring out some of our food that they had run out! Some of our food was waiting to be served to us, the chef had rung the bell numerous times and the staff just looked at it. We asked them if that was our food as they only had one tapas between 4 of us at the time when we had ordered 16. She responded with I don’t think it’s for you, which when she eventually when to look, it was ours! The food is not worth the price. The decor is really nice but I wouldn’t recommend going there.

    Last minute booking for 4 for lunch whilst in Bath. Not been here before so not sure what to expect. We chose selection of Tapas all of which were good. Certainly would re-visit.

    Booked table for 12 at 2115 and then told when turned up that we had 10 mins to order before kitchen closed. Food came out and given to wrong people and then the deposit paid was not taken off the bill. Also good was ok but salty. Overall a disappointing night.

    Took a long time to get served even with drinks , when they were bought over they were the wrong ones! White wine instead of red. The food was left a long time on the serving hatch on cold plates. Over priced for what was served.

    Table service was poor, main meal came and had to wait a long time for remainder dish so served it ourselves. Food was not hot. Complained but nothing done. Did not pay the device charge.
