Came her for my daughter's birthday meal. It was lovely - plenty to choose from, great service and a nice wine list too. Staff were attentive and the restaurant was nicely presented and cosy.

Stayed in Glasgow for a few days and found this gem of a restaurant. Truly superb food - we eat out a lot and this takes top spot! Attentive service but not overpowering. Food mouthwatering from visual and aroma before you even take a bite. Will definately Be back and have already recommended to friends.

I'm loathe to leave a review, as I fear it will result in reservations becoming even more difficult in future! This unassuming neighbourhood restaurant serves fantastic food, cooked with passion and care, served with a side helping of enthusiasm and endless smiles. Have the wild boar meatballs with pappardelle. You'll want to lick the plate. I'll be back.

I like the restaurant, you could be in the middle of Rome. However could do with a few more vegetarian meals and maybe a couple of specials , changing every couple of days,to tease the menu out a bit.

Went to Tarantinos with a group of friends. Very welcoming staff and classic Italian ambience. Food was very good. Not cheap, but well worth it.

Tarantino impresses once again with pleasant surroundings and impeccable service. The staff read their diner's needs perfectly, recognising that when we were exactly the type of couple who would be skipping pudding and going straight for the complimentary limoncello and that when staring rather blankly at the wine list we would be grateful for a recommendation nearer to the top half of the page. The food is outstanding, the rich and hearty wild boar stew is a generous portion even before it is paired with the side dish of the diner's choice (on this occasion the artichokes). The beautifully flavoured seafood risotto proved too generous a portion for my companion and was quickly whisked away by the waiter to be boxed up for later enjoyment. The restaurant offers good value, on this occasion two people having starters and main courses with a nice bottle of wine of a little over £80. Easily the best Italian in Glasgow and my favourite overall.
