The bouncer made us (10+ people) wait 30 more minutes even though I had a birthday reservation one week before, waited for 10 minutes then realize the bouncer let girls he knew in while we waited, so we just left and had a great time at Social's rooftop. Tatu has great a great environment, just needs better customer service and manager that actually screens and monitors which employees he needs to hire. Remember, customers first, employee second, and shareholder (if any) last.

I made a reservation for New Year's Eve, the restaurant had open times available and listed the hours. I received my confirmation with Open Table, when we arrived the restaurant was closed with no notice on the door or anything on the website. Very poor planning.
