Over dit restaurant

Our Executive Chef, Antonino Montefusco, carefully crafts his menus to express a contemporary gastronomic journey that explores the dialogue between freedom and tradition, through a selection of tasting and à la carte experiences reflecting his distinctive culinary vision.

For parties of six guests or more, the tasting menu is required for the entire table.
To preserve the harmony of the dining experience, the tasting menu is intended for the entire table and cannot be combined with à la carte selections.

Kindly inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions. Please note that, due to the complexity and structure of our dishes, it may not always be possible to accommodate specific requests or modifications to the tasting menus.

Weather permitting, dinner will be served on our terrace.

Children aged 8 and above are welcome to dine with their parents.

Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear long trousers and avoid sandals, flip-flops, or Bermuda shorts.

Terrazza Bosquet was a once in a lifetime opportunity for one of our honeymoon dinners. It has a lovely entryway that is so nice for photos and then the service and food are exceptional if you are into tasting menus and experimental dinners. Expensive but worth it because the chef himself came out and provided his own personal touch to the dessert. Would recommend!!

The hotel and restaurant are beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the staff who were professional, but approachable and had good senses of humor. We settled on the 8 course tasting menu and we amazed by the beauty and flavors. The amuse-bouche with a trio of salad flavors in tiny bites and the coffee cloud dessert were some of my favorite dishes. The wine pairings were brilliant and delicious! We had a fantastic experience!

Emplacement incroyable, restaurant situé à l’intérieur d’un hôtel avec un bord terrasse incroyable. Le personnel est aux petits soins avec la clientèle. Le serveur Mattia a fait une grosse différence lors de notre soirée, étant donné qu’il parle français, nous avons eu la chance d’avoir la description en français des plats tout au long de la soirée. Un service qui c’est déroulé sur 4 heures, chaque service était accompagné d’un accord de vin parfaitement sélectionné par la sommelière. Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette magnifique d’anniversaire de mariage! ☺️

Absolutely exceptional from start to finish! This wasn’t simply dinner, it was a true culinary experience. Every course was beautifully and creatively presented, with each one bringing something unexpected and memorable to the table. The attention to detail was remarkable, and you could feel the thought and artistry behind every dish. What made the evening even more special was the outstanding service.
