She was kind, understanding, went above and beyond, and worked hard to make sure we had a nice time under her care. Our only issue was that our table was wobbling to the point that we were nervous that it was going to fall apart and our food would be all over the place.

Long wait even with reservations. People arriving 30 minutes late seated before people there in advance for their reservations. Was told to follow hostess to be seated. Go all the way to the back. No seat available. Gives us bigger table then we need and apologizes. We go to buffet grab items. Sit down. Manager comes over moves us. Sits us at an awful table next to employee station and bathroom. Just awful. Ruined our evening. Always has been wonderful before this visit.

Special occasion We sat and waited, more than anything else! Server was always preoccupied at other tables. Neglected to clear dirty plates. Ask for ice tea, and that took forever as well to get! I would not recommend your resturant, especially the service. The food servers were good, except sausage came around alot a the filet wrapped in bacon was scarce! We ate ate Grochos in Livonia and had a much better experience.

However, the meat choices seemed to not be as abundant as usual. We were sat by 2 other parties who were loud and it was a tight fit for everyone however there was plenty of room through the restaurant for us to be seated not directly next to each other.
