We sat down as it is seat yourself in the upper area as it was open there was a table of people sitting there, we waited a bit to see if the waitress came over but she completely ignored us so I went down to the bar to ask for assistance and noticed it said the area we were in was closed, don’t know why it was open in the first place but at least the waitress could have came and told us that, so we got up and left, if you are going to have seat yourself make sure you check all areas so nobody sits at a table for nothing that’s bad customer service

Excellent service from our server. We had a group of 11 year olds who had a great time bowling! Made my son’s birthday a really fun time!

I had heard good things about The Banquet but have to say I was disappointed in many aspects of the restaurant. Arrival: I was dealing with an injury and wanted to use an elevator but sign said you need to contact a staff person to access elevator but no staff around at all to ask on main floor so it was a slow ascend to the patio but I eventually got there. Reservation: I had made a reservation for the patio. When I arrived no one seemed to have reserved anything. It wasn’t busy but was wasn’t sure why it was done in the first place. The table we ended up sitting in was ok but I had wanted a different area where half of the party didn’t have to stare into the setting sun. Food: Most disappointing aspect. I ordered the brisket sandwich and so many pieces of it were overdone and tough. The part that was good was the bun. Minimal coleslaw in it. Another friend ordered the chicken sandwich in a tortilla and later said it just didn’t taste good at all, she would never go back. Atmosphere was ok but was dulled by the food. Server was pleasant and attentive for the most part. She told us that cheap bowling was available on Monday nights but I have decided that not even cheap bowling could get me to go back unfortunately. In a time when eating outings becoming an increasingly expensive event, I had hoped for better. Won’t be back.

The food is superb except for the steak sandwich that I ordered that taste difference from the last time i ordered it. Maybe just a change on vendors or ingredients. Our server is so nice and accommodating.
