   Our UK server was such a sweet person! He recommended a few things and it was perfect. While dinning the manager stopped to be sure everything was going ok, he was very sincere and pleasant to talk to. Must try!

    Gio was one of the best waiters I’ve ever had! The service from arriving to leaving was perfect. You can tell the owners to every staff member really cares about their customers!

    Service was absolutely perfect!! I had the salmon protein bowl... salmon was cooked perfectly!! The mixed drinks were amazing! The bread with butter and jalapeno jelly was soooo good! This was the Shepherd location. Just be aware that there's very limited self parking... but they do have valet. We will definitely be going back.

    First time I’ve ever been disappointed with this restaurant. Which is sad because I’ve been coming intermittently over the last year and live walking distance from it. The scallops were raw. When I say raw they were “mushy” and grey colored. For the amount of money I spent for the Valentine’s Day special (with tip > $250). I could have went to another place that is substantially better all around. I will probably go back, but just stick to their apps.

    The food was delicious.. My chicken fettuccine and my wife’s salmon bowl were only surpassed by the tangy and delicious Bang Bang Shrimp. We had hoped for a quiet dinner for 2 but were placed next to a large party of women celebrating. Our location in the restaurant is the only thing I would have changed…

    The baby back ribs were dry and had very little flavor The chicken breasts were forgettable and overpriced. The chicken fried steak was very good but should not have been served over mashed potatoes The server was excellent Don’t think we will be coming back Laurenzo’s, Hillstone(Houston’s), and Grace’s are better deals in the same price range

    Enjoy the restaurant every time I come but the mandatory valet parking is ridiculous when there is a front and back parking lot. If you want to have valet parking for the front lot, that is fine, but I will look at other restaurants for future lunch meetings that don't require valet parking.

    Two couples for a night out. I ordered the 8 oz. Fillet and it was perfectly cooked rare. My buddy ordered a NY strip medium and he said it was the best steak he’s eaten in Houston! The wife had chicken Alfredo and the other lady had shrimp and grits. Pretty good portions and both seemed happy with their choices. Despite being very crowded our server did an outstanding job of seeing to all our needs. Thank you, Parker. You did good. There was an NFL playoff game on so the place turned into a sports bar. The front bar area was packed and boisterous. Hard to carry on a conversation, so we saved that for the ride home to Humble. Yes, we all recommend this place for food and service beyond the normal.

    14 of us celebrated our Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc Founders Day here last night and it was thee best experience!!! From the moment I reserved with just 8 people until our final max of 14, the restaurant kept graciously accommodating our growing group. Gio, our Server, was absolutely fantastic! I’m in the f&b industry and his ability to handle our table with easy, always on top of things, and kept up with any requests was superb. The Blacked Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo is a must-have! So good! Thank you Gio for making our night, thank you to the young man that stood patiently outside with us to take our group photos, and thank you to the entire Federal American Grill Shepherd for making this space for us a moment to remember! 10/10 ✨

    Dinner was very good. Valet was prompt - dropping off and picking up. The service was great. Food was very good except that my wife was a bit disappointed by the butter cake, which she was really looking forward to. She had buffalo chicken salad and I had the Ahi tuna salad - mine was very flavorful. All in all, it was very good.

    Nice ambiance for NYE party! One section of the restaurant was for the diners and the bar area was dedicated to the partiers and the dance floor. The food and drinks were delicious. The music was fun and not too loud! They had a photo booth set up, Happy New Year party hats and other accessories. Overall a great experience!

    We went for New Year's Eve. We felt very rushed. We were barely seated and ordered drinks, and our salads came out. We were just finished with our salads, and our entrees were served. The food was hot and tasty; however, the mashed potatoes were a little thin and lacked flavor. Also, it was very noisy and difficult to have a conversation. A nice touch for NYE, they did set up a photo spot where you could take a photo and text it to yourself. I would give it another try, just not on a major holiday.

    We really like to eat at Federal Grill. This particular trip was unusual. The service was awful. We sat for at least 10 minutes before anyone came to offer us drinks. We waiting another 15 minutes for them to take our order. Restaurant was not crowded, just the opposite. Food was great as always, the service was very subpar.

    This was our first time dining here and found ourselves here because of other reviews. We were very happy with the food and service for our birthday celebration with a party of 8. The attention and quality of service was exceptional and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back!
