As always bar one did not dissapoint which is why it is my absolute fave place to go! Drinks are amazing staff are so friendly and attentive. Especially the blonde haired staff member and the staff member female from Seattle from last night with the cool nails! Thanks again guys!

We booked a table for cocktails as it’s our favourite bar for cocktails. Staff are so friendly and very attentive. I had lemon merigue pie to start as it’s my favourite. We were the only ones in at the start as just opened so had good banter with staff and worked our way thru the cocktail menu. Highly recommend a visit.

We cannot review the food as we didn’t eat there last night, however we did enjoy a variety of gins and rums at the Inverness branch . During our time there a young man Lucas looked after us very well, sharing good knowledge and recommendations particularly of the rums which my husband found very helpful. He is indeed an asset to Bar one and earned a 5 star feedback. The reason I dropped this to 4 stars was because after he finished work the level of service dropped and ended with us being handed a bill from 3 different servers - one ten minutes after paying in full .

Staff were super friendly. The drinks were good, they aren’t how I remember them being though. Didn’t have any food. We’re the only people there, which is a shame because there wasn’t much of a vibe to the place unfortunately. I hope it picks up a bit

My friends and I waited 35 for our drinks to arrive, no apology, other people who arrived after us, got their drinks before us. Got asked if we would like another drink, by this time was exactly 1 hr after we arrived, said no as we had someone to be, so asked for the bill. Which again took another 10 mins. I use to love coming here but the service has gone down hill.

Bar one is always on my go to list when I visit Inverness. The staff are attentive and always make sure you have all you need. Love that the cocktail menu changes regularly enough to try new drinks but old favourites are still there and you can request a drink not on the menu which the staff make happily as long as they have the ingredients needed. Will continue to visit again and again whatever the ocassion!

Normally excellent but cocktail menu reduced, table service but had to basically beg for drinks and when I did finally catch servers eye he brought the bill rather than take an order. When you have a baby sitter for 4 hours and you spend half the night waiting to be served (we order two each at a time to save on waiting) it does take the shine off your night out

What can I say the drinks were fantastic my favourite was pink panther. The area was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They were absolutely fantastic. Can not wait to head back

We had booked a table for 4. We were sat at the table beside the entrance and it was constantly open and left us very cold. They were turning the majority away as they had not booked. It would have been an idea to put a notice on the door advising bookings only. The table was dirty and sticky. We then had to wait mins 15 minutes before someone came to take our order. 30 min later we still hadn’t received our drinks. This happened again when we ordered another round. In the space of our 2 hour booking we only had 3 drinks. When we left we paid by cash and the bill came to £111.50. We still can’t believe we were charged 50p for a strawberry!!! We were just leaving when the server came back and said we had underpaid by £10. We are certain that they were given the correct money, but felt to embarrassed and upset to argue the case. I just gave them another £10. This was a special occasion as we had not been together for 2 years. We will not be back. You must be losing money as well as we could have had spent £200. Your loss!

Service could have been quicker the 1st time we came in. We weren’t sure whether to order at table or bar because it took a while. Same with paying. But better when we came back in later. Drinks amazing as always, pink panther is a new found favourite. Please never take it off the menu! Bill was reasonable at the end :):) will always come back x

so I went for a date night with my boyfriend i made a reservation through open table for 10:30 I get there 10:15 they tells me there’s no reservation under my name because they don’t take reservations though open table app (very confusing/false advertising ) long story short we ended up being able to a accommodate with two tables ina back over all it was a good experience I probably won’t come back the menu is way over pricey but the food was ok (wasn’t really all that ) I had wings(40$) my boyfriend had the fish these are basic food dishes we could’ve made at home

It was our wedding anniversary which we had stated before arrival but no mention of that. Cocktails were great but a few were pure alcohol. Very enjoyable evening none the less to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Fab from start to finish. Were slow with 1 round but gave us a free shot as an apology which i think was a lovely touch as didnt have an issue with service at all. Always made sure we were ok and if needed another drink

Get rid of tactical police in front of restaurant and restrictions on meals . If I want to share a meal with my wife while ordering 4 drinks that cost $80 I should be allowed to do so.

My friends and I really enjoyed the Christmas cocktails but we did miss the favourites menu that they use to have where cocktails were £5 as this made our nights more affordable as students

We had booked a table for some cocktails to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were seated at bar stools in the window but both suffer bad backs so asked to have a table which was sorted for us no problem. Lots of choice for cocktails and staff were very friendly and great service. We ordered nachos to share which we were glad wasn’t each as was plenty to share. Tried a few cocktails favourite has to be lemon merigue pie.

Booked at 4.30 but place doesn’t open till 5 which was a bad start. Ordered 2 charcuterie plates and bottle of wine. Charcuterie plates were minimal very little on them and not very fresh bread served as part of it. Website/ Facebook advertised dining deal for November but when mentioned they didn’t acknowledge and when the bill was delivered and questioned they said they’d forgotten! All in all a bad experience which had been booked for my husbands birthday before our train south to Aviemore.
