    Almost empty restaurant at 5pm yet they wouldn’t seat us until our entire party of 6 was there. I understand the policy with a full house at 7pm. With a $400+ ticket I wouldn’t have expected to have to ask for refills or to take appetizer dishes away.

    The restaurant appeared clean but there was a smell of some sort mildew at the entrance. The waitress was absent minded but nice. My choice was a seafood bowl which was great just slightly salty. My party of 5’ had mixed reviews and their choices were a sampler, catfish, grouper, shrimp tacos and oysters. There food eatable but not outstanding. The drinks were watered down. Also, there not live music as told and no space for Dancing as promised. On a 1-5, l’d rate it a 3.

    This was our first time at one of the newer chains of “Juicy Seafood” restaurants. We’ve however enjoyed many crab boils, shrimp, crawfish and other low country style boils at places in the past. The food was great. We shared hush puppies and two boils including snow crab, mussels, and shrimp with their traditional King Crab seasoning 3/5 spice level which we found to be dead on. Our server, Kealan, was outstanding despite the place being very busy. He alone makes it worth going back. The restaurant was clean, and the decor cliche for seafood places we’ve been to at coastal tourist destinations. The bench seats are hard and unforgiving. Unfortunately they had only 3 different domestic bottled beers available and nothing on tap, pretty sad for the Valentines weekend. Prices were a bit higher than we would have expected to pay.

    My wife and I went to visit my son,his wife and my grandson who was celebrating his 6th birthday. So I did my due diligence and research and found this place. Once we arrived we were seated and the music play was so outrageously loud like a night club, we could not even speak to each other across the table. My son was going to ask the server to turn it down, we waited for several minutes and no came to our table. The place wasn’t even very crowded. Hence my son being military said we got to go. So we left, no one even tried to stop us leaving. How in the world they have a 4.7 rating out of 3000 reviews I have no clue. They must have paid for their reviews. So sorry to be negative but we’ll never step foot back in the place. Ended up going to The Juicy Crab and had a wonderful time!

    Food was great. Just visited again after eating there about 2 months ago. Had the exact same server and she her service is still terrible. Blamed it on Mother’s Day, but we went early and it wasn’t even busy. The Manager heard us out and the situation was handled. I’m starting to believe this is a server issues and not the restaurant

    Very good food and service. My only constructive criticism is that the music is a little too loud for easy conversation.

    Everyone was nice and attentive however the food boil was salty and you knew the appetizers were from the freezer and just heated how you would do at home. Nothing extra done

    Not only was this THE best seafood boil I’ve ever had, the service was excellent! Elizabeth made us feel like we were right at home and the manager was right there as well. Great for a fun time for a group for sure!
