I love that they have small portions as an option. It was the perfect amount of food to enjoy so we could go on the boat after without boxes. Food and service were great. View is spectacular.

If you should by chance come to this bar/restaurant , you should definitely try the fried cod fish on Friday night. The fish was not oily, it was crispy & very flavorful. Very friendly waitresses. We loved the window view of the lake. We also tried the nachos with steak bites. & were very tasty as well. Would we definitely come back.

We’re so glad the Friday fried cod, steak nachos, friendly service, and lake view all made such a great impression. It’s especially nice to hear the fish was crispy, flavorful, and prepared just right. Thank you for the recommendation and for sharing your experience. We’d be delighted to have you back again!

Food and atmosphere of the igloo were good. Decorated nicely although a few flaps were left opened when it rained before we got there so things were wet inside and had to be dried off. Service was not good. It felt like we were forgotten. She didn’t come check on us for a good 45 min at one point. We had also asked for her to take out picture when she took our drink order and said when I come back. She never did take the picture. It wasn’t busy there were no other igloos occupied and inside the restaurant was fairly empty. There was also another server working inside. Overall it was just an ok experience.

We’re glad you enjoyed the food, décor, and atmosphere of the igloo, but we’re sorry the overall experience did not match that same standard. The space should have been fully prepared before your arrival, and you should have felt consistently cared for throughout your visit. We appreciate the detailed feedback and will review it with our service team so we can provide a more attentive and polished experience for future guests.

It was unfortunate that the outstanding meal, venue and service were destroyed by the number of flies that needed to be constantly brushed away during our one hour meal.

The service was excellent. The ambience was great. The restaurant was very clean. There was a professional waiting staff who treated us great we enjoyed the experience except for the food, which was mediocre Best. Our meal consisted of cheese, curds, chicken wings, and a Poboy sandwich. All were overpriced, and the Poboy sandwich was a lame excuse for anything edible. We love Lake lawn Lodge and the ambience. We go there frequently but this restaurant over charges for poor quality food.
