We went to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Since she was staying at The Ritz, it was extremely convenient. The Palm is pricy, but anyone dining there knows that going in. The potatoes au gratin were sweet as commented by several of our party which was an odd taste. My daughter’s steak was on the cooler side, but overall, the food was very good, the service was attentive, and my mom enjoyed her experience including her birthday key lime pie which The Palm offered without charge.
At our table we had the Turkey (Thanksgiving meal) and 12oz Filet. The food was hot and moist and at a reasonable price. The service is perfect, quick, efficient and more important personable. Bill our waiter is just amazing.
We went to The Palm for our Thanksgiving. Their 3-course turkey dinner was very nice and plenty to eat, however, it was a little salty. The Lobster Bisque was not very tasty, but the other soup/bisque was very good according to our guest. The noise level was too high and even in a booth, it was hard to talk/hear one another. I definitely would not go to The Palm on a holiday, as I think it would be the same level of noise on any given holiday. The Palm is always nice, but only when you can dine quietly and not be rushed, it is a better choice for a very nice dinner out. Holiday dinners are probably always a little more louder, rushed, etc. in any restaurant.

Overall the meal was good. But the ambiance was lacking due to the price. Service was ok, Wasn’t very attentive. During the whole meal, no one refilled our water. The atmosphere was ok only. For the CB price, I don’t think we’ll go back to the Palm. Probably will go elsewhere.

We were celebrating a birthday and the carrot cake they gave us was a nice treat.
We had a group of 10 and loved that we were able to get a round table. Our waiter was great. A little in the weeds at first but was extremely personable with great recommendations. Steak was outstanding but my friends salmon was not seasoned and dry. No problem they took off the bill! Wine overpriced but typical in restaurant. The recommendation by waiter was by far better than the 1st lower cost option we went for. Need to spend $100 for a good red.
This was our first visit to a Palm restaurant and we very much enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere, service, and food was outstanding. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Each year we come to Tysons to do our annual shopping and always stay at The Ritz and have dinner at The Palm. Miss seeing Tim Seymour but always ask for Mishka as our waiter. He is so much fun and takes care of us as if we were "queens" for a night. We would not go anywhere else. Everyone else is so nice. Will continue to do so in the future. 5 *s for us.
The tuna tartare was inedible. the tuna tasted old but the dish seemed to be having an identity crisis ... capers and olives, but raisins and pine nuts? the raisins threw off any hope of this being tasty although the taste of old fish could not have been overcome. The bread was stale. the steak was ok but medium rare was rare and it was served cool. We dropped $600 and we were not really sure why.
Went for my boss’ 60th bday. Wonderful atmosphere and great food! Would recommend to anyone celebrating!

Disastrous service, waited 1 1/2 hours with no food, 30 mins to get a drink and when the lobster arrived, it was like dessicated bone marrow. First time ever, we walked out. It was our 20th wedding anniversary. We have been to the restaurant in the past with no problem, but this was really bad. Manager was very nice about it, but he indicated they had staffing issues which is pretty common these days, This is an expensive restaurant so if they are willing to take your $, they need to deliver top notch food and service.

Misha was amazing and made our evening perfect. The food was delicious as usual. My only complaint is that the price of steaks has gone up to a ridiculous price point since Landry took over the Palm. A $99 rib eye is just not worth it. Hopefully management will take a look at this increase.

I generally enjoy The Palm, as I did this time, but I feel that it's lost a step. Maybe it's because this was my first visit for lunch.
The shrimp in my shrimp cocktail were not fully deveined, which is kind of disgusting. I had the wedge salad as my lunch entrée, and while it was good, it wasn't what I was expecting in a "wedge salad." That's on me; I should have read the description in the menu more carefully.
My dining companion had the bunless burger, which he had to send back because it was overdone. Ultimately, he seemed to enjoy it.
Overall, not a bad review. But The Palm of a couple of years ago shined much brighter.
This was my first visit there, the food was fulfilling and tasteful. The service was awesome!! Not a place I would go to for causal eating as the prices were a bit on the expensive side but again the service and food was good. The ambience was not what I expected for the level of service and food prices. It seemed a little dated. But overall I would go back for special occasions.
Always a treat and the Palm at Tysons Corner is one of the best anywhere. Amazing lump crab cobb salad and blackened tuna. Davis Bynum wine topped if off nicely!

It was delightful. Everything beautifully prepared. It is expensive but a nice option for a birthday dinner.
The ambiance was professional and a more upper echelon type of vibe. I loved the hostess and the original waiter, Keith, all other staff from here was terrible. Our actual waiter whose name I do not remember was not friendly and talked to us like we were not intelligent. Not to mention, he did not know the menu very well which aggravated me so much I just gave up to not start an arguing match. I really believe we got this level of service due to us being the only young black patrons that were casually dressed this night. The food was okay, the best item we got were the oysters and the Paloma drink (that Keith recommended). The steak I ordered was medium temperature, which I did ask for, but it was really pink. I asked for it to be cooked a little more and to my surprise my same exact steak came out on the same plate. How do I know, I cut the steak into two small pieces. Crazy thing is I ordered my steak "Oscar" style but I really wanted the crab and shrimp Bruno style, but the waiter didn't understand that. Apparently, they cooked my steak and left the Oscar on top as my asparagus was now broiled too. Back to the service- our waiter came over and asked us did we want boxes as we were still eating. Both my friend and I were shocked as we didn't get offered desert, more drinks or any additional food items. The waiter left and came back then offered desert and said the kitchen was about to close. We ordered desert and another waiter came over asking about boxes yet again. I was so fed up, I just had him box mine, we paid and left. It's crazy because after watching and listening to other patrons experience, it seems like everyone had a much better experience. If you are young and especially black I would not recommend coming to this location. If you do, dress up and maybe bring another friend of a different color that is more mature for a great experience.
This was a fantastic meal. We had a team dinner and EVERYTHING about this experience was wonderful!
