Food was excellent, as was service and Club ambience. Ribeye steak special was excellent but a bit pricey.

The meal was timely and served well, but my cappuccino was served cold and was poorly made.

The complimentary mundane bread was served at room temperature and the butter too hard to spread. The poached pear salad tasted good but difficult to chew. The smoked salmon shortbread needed more cream cheese. The Grio steak was room temperature and loaded with fat, but the string beans and slaw were good. The Caesar salad was very good. Poor acoustics detracted from overall enjoyment of the experience.

Chicken Parm and Seafood Risotto were both very delicious. So was the chocolate martini.

The complimentary bread was not warm and the butter was hard and could not be spread on the relatively tasteless bread. The Crab Rangoon appetizer tasted good but the Special crab meat topping instead of backfin or lump subtracted from the presentation. My bistro steak was tasty and well presented as was the Eggplant Parmesan ordered by my wife.

Very impressed with all the dishes, especially the mushroom dip and baked oysters. Great flavors. Chicken piccata was beautifully tender. Crab cake has lump crab!

As always, a great meal at the Clubhouse. The lobster specials were enjoyed by 3 of us. I tried the Delaware Seafood Pasta for the first time and it was delicious! The service was on point!
