Nicely organized. Beautiful setting. Friendly attentive personnel. Demonstration nicely orchestrated and the best bourbon pecan pie ever!

The special event was wonderful! It was the right size group because we got to meet and visit with all of the people. There were 15 in the group. The star gazing was great; although the moon was so bright that it diminished seeing other planets/stars/solar systems. Perhaps the planner can coordinate the next event with a crescent moon. The food was delicious; however, the meat was not hot enough. The appetizers were superb and a welcome surprise. We will do this again when we return in a year from Malaysia, if it is still offered

What a beautiful event and evening. The only downside was we were by the pool and served in plastic cups for beverages, and had to walk around the pool for the restroom. Otherwise a great evening!

Wasn’t quite what I expected. Thought it would be a bit bigger with spread out food and cocktail tables and more of a craft fair than there was. Not much seating either. But overall a nice enough evening. We ended up just going to the Jade bar and had cocktails and appetizers there instead. And the swag bags - better off to leave them out completely than to give what was given,:

Event was billed as running from 4 til 8. Showed up at 6:15. I assume because of weather the "event', and I use that term looosely, was moved indoors to several tiny rooms with vendors. Where were the 4 tasting stations? I found an area with some cold salad and that was it. The biggest waste of time and money for absolutely nothing. I was gone in 15 minutes. I can't believe what a sorry production this was. This place needs a new manager!!

Granted this was the first attempt at such an event and the weather forced the event inside.. However, it was very crowded and strange. The combination of farmers market, minimal seating situation, saucer sized plastic plates, the useless gift bags, and the rigged raffle were very disappointing. The views, the sunset, the chef and most staff were fantastic.

The food, ambience and staff were wonderful once again! We love attending the cigar dinners at the Sanctuary! Can’t wait for the next one!!
