The ambiance and atmosphere are absolutely stunning! Decorated to the 9’s for the holiday season! AND- the mocktails are amazing!

The decorations in the tavern were over the top and wonderful. We really enjoyed the ambience. The menu had 7 items on it , they were out of three of main food items. We ordered the charcuterie board, the sausage balls and the churros. The strawberries on the charcuterie board were old. It took about 10 minutes to get our first drinks, eggnog mug only comes half full which was disappointing. The location was great and the decorations were wonderful, but I don’t think we will be going back. We visited better popups this year.

Once we sat down and ordered our drinks it took 45 minutes to get our drinks. The food was terrible and when we tried to speak to the manager he completely blew us off. Will not be returning.

Horrible experience. waitress was rude and took over 40 minutes to get a single drink. Drinks tasted gross.

We arrived early, and were told we could not be seated until our reservation time so we went outside to wait. The hostess was rude when we checked backed in and flippantly told us that people from the previous event were still sitting there, so we continued to wait well past our reservation time. When we eventually saw a different hostess seating people, we checked back in and were finally brought to a table. It was about ten minutes before a waitress came over to greet us. Multiple other tables who were seated after us had received waters and had placed orders with different waitresses. When ours finally came over, we asked about the menu since it was very limited and did not have a good variety. When I booked, there was no disclaimer that you would not be able to order off of the regular menu, so we asked if that was possible and were told no. The waitress did go check with the manager and we were told the only exception could be French fries. Even the waitress said this was stupid since all menu items for the adjoining restaurant come out of the same kitchen. We did have some cocktails and enjoyed the decorations, but it was not worth the special trip. We visited a few different pop-ups throughout the day to get in the festive spirit, and this was by far the worst. I was disappointed especially because we had our kids with us, and they were hungry since we came for dinner. We ended up around the corner for food.

Made reservations 3-weeks in advance only to be served drinks 45 minutes after our initial seating time. Drinks were also mediocre would not come back again.

There weren’t enough servers! We waited an extreme amount of time to be served and to receive our drinks. We even had to wait to cash out so we didn’t order food.

Very underwhelming and for them to only have 10 items for food they were out of pretty much everything! They were out of a lot of the Christmas drinks as well! No real Christmas music! And the food we did get was very mid! Decorations 10/10!

Instagram really sold this place. I should’ve checked the reviews before going. The Customer service was POOR. We were seated at the bar and the bartenders never even acknowledged us or even said hello. We decided to leave. The menu was super basic. Decor was GREAT .
