We have been to Banner's several times now, but this was our first experience with Topgolf Swing Suite. I was trying to find something for my son and I to do while my wife and daughter were at a concert and I landed on this. It was a bit pricey for what it was, but I would do it again. We had a blast and the service was great.

We scheduled virtual golf and the entire time we were trying to golf servers and customers were walking through our game. No one explained why we constantly had peiple walking through and interrupting our game. Ive played here before and it was very professional and virtually uninterrupted. I was pretty disappointed in this visit unfortunately.

No one explained to us how to use the technology before they left us, it didn't work correctly until more than halfway through the session. The bay next to us had a party so all the tables from all the bays had been moved into there so we had no where to eat our food and trying to cut steak on your lap is less than ideal. The manager was kind and the server was very sweet but the experience was trash. We're so thankful to live with a different golf simulator near us as we won't be back to this one.

The machine wasnt reading the golf ball and it took us a LOT of time to realize we had to place it perfectly on the mat and the camera had to adjust after placement for it to see the ball. Staff should be giving instructions on this or they moght as well not even offer top golf at the restaurant.

I wish you could book just golf without having to order a sandwich when booking. We ordered our food, and we were brought the wrong food twice before they got it right. It seemed like complete chaos. We were disappointed.

The simulators did not work 75% of the time spent 40 min of the hour trying to get it to work and only got 75 dollar gift card after paying 195 plus tax and gratuity. Ridiculous after paying that amount of money for it to not work and not get at least 75% refund. Did not even get refund got a gift card. Completely ridiculous. Would not recommend to anyone I know.

We ordered A suite with the simulators. We had never done that before there was no one there to show us how to use them. Our waiter acted like she had no clue what she was doing. We were supposed to get food with our reservation, but I had to ask for it, we never got silverware never gotten napkins. Definitely not worth the money would not recommend this to anyone very disappointed. I even had to go find our waitress at the end to make sure we could leave. Never came back to check on us. Nothing.

Went for top golf but food was apart of the package, even though we didn’t want to eat. The cheese sauce used on the nachos was pretty heavy and borderline gross…regular shredded melted cheese would have been so much better. The falafel sandwich and fries were all great though. The top golf malfunctioned on us but they were amazing and gave us another booth and extended our play. Unfortunately the curtains looking over the TD entrance couldn’t close enough to cut down on the glare so the screen was light and harder to see than the more internal booth. Waitstaff was extraordinary and did everything they could to help us out and make up for deficiencies!

Simulator - It was an enjoyable experience that we'd go to again. It did have a few technical difficulties but nothing major. The activity itself was super fun and I think we only tried half of the activities. One gripe is that the equipment was very messy (beyond use from just that day) and it would have been great if this was fixed up. Food - The food provided was amply sized and of decent quality. I would stress getting your order in ASAP as it did take a while to receive and the activity is time-sensitive. Ambiance - I like the bar location in the city and the location of the simulators at the top floor gave you an awesome view of the main floor. The bar noise below created a nice vibe while being quiet enough to just chat with your party comfortably. Service - The staff was friendly and responsive, if there was anything I would suggest is having one staff member within earshot or easier to flag down when there are needs or technical issues. Part Size Warning - Please be certain of your party size, they have the right to refuse changes and if they do it was an extremely difficult process that needed reminding and calling back. With that said, I was appreciative they could accommodate a last-minute change.
