Save this spot for your next date night!! Trattoria il Gusto Wine Bar and Restaurant is the perfect date spot! They have a wide variety of wine to select, from summer whites and rosés to reds and dessert port! They have some great selections on the menu for just a snack to go with your wine or a full dinner! I highly recommend the burrata with prosciutto and melon, my favorite Italian summer appetizer, and the Gamberoni Tuscano (shrimp with cannellini beans)! For mains I tried their pastas and I loved the Tortellini Fungi - it was my favorite of the night! Don’t pass on dessert, if you’re a chocolate lover definitely get the chocolate mousse cake! We went for our anniversary. The ambiance was great and the service very good, but we were disappointed with the food. The calamari tasted burnt, the pesto sauce was so light, I barely tasted it, and my husband’s chicken and sausage dish was good but nothing special. The cocktails were excellent, so I might go back for a drink.

We used to live in the neighborhood several years ago and this was one of our favorite spots. We were in town this past weekend and decided to visit for old times sake. Since our last visit, the patio was expanded and there is now outdoor seating for happy hour and a covered indoor patio (happy hour not available in covered patio). The service and food did not disappoint. We had calamari, caprese for appetizers and for our entrees we had the chicken parmasan, branzino and the angel hair seafood pasta. We were all very pleased with our meals. The waiter was very attentive and the ambience was pleasant. We will definitely be back next time we're in town!

We were a group of 5 celebrating a friend’s birthday. The entrees were delicious; the desserts to die for. We live in the neighborhood and will be back soon.
