Uno Pizzeria & Grill in Norfolk delivered a delightful surprise! The pies may appear petite, but their generous fillings make them surprisingly satisfying. Our cheesy garlic bread was a perfect appetizer, and the individual and regular size pizzas were both loaded with flavor. The rattlesnake pasta was a unique and delicious choice and we also opted to add the side salad. A standout experience was the server's accommodating spirit. Even though avocado wasn't a listed topping, they happily added it to my partner's pizza, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's clear that Uno is trying to provide a memorable dining experience, and their efforts definitely pay off. If you're looking for a satisfying and enjoyable meal, I highly recommend giving Uno a try. Thanks especially to our server, Aaron, the chef, and the entire team for making this a delightful meal. Was a bit disappointed.. Their Chicago style deep dish was not much like the deep dish I lived in when I was stationed at Great Lakes Illinois. This crust had to be 1/4 inch on the bottom. Way too much liquid in the sauce. They had some sort of a wire device under the pizza to hold it up of the bottom of the pan. Make the pie spatula difficult to get under a slice. What I recall from Chicago was a crispy crust and so much cheese and sausage you could stick a fork all the way into it and twist up a mouthful without tearing up the bottom crust. This pie "looked" that deep until you realized how thick the bottom, soggy crust was. So, $28 and change for a 12"....nah, not worth the money.. I live in Virginia... Just gonna have to drive to Chi town to get a real deep dish.Is dit nuttig?

First time eating UNO’s pizza, had the individual deep dish meatball and ricotta and my date had the UNO’s special deep dish. Both were fabulous (mine was slightly better) and I am a pizza lover who tries pizza from all over. I will defiantly return to try the thin crust pizza to see if it’s as good. Also had a house salad which was good but wished there were more salad options without meat. Italian red wine was good and not overpriced, another plus. Gina, our server was top notch. Can’t wait to go back. Great atmosphere for families so will have to take my grandkids next time.Is dit nuttig?

There were several drunk people yelling in the bar. They put an automatic gratuity of 15%. The server was not 15% worthy. Food was mehhh at best. Not a great experience and then to be told your tipping 15% when the server was not great. Not a great experience.Is dit nuttig?

We could not have picked a better spot to celebrate my husband's 50th bday. We were even seated early when we finished our acquarium visit early. The staff made sure we had enough clean high seats for the toddlers and coloring sheets. The service was timely, food was good, ambience was relaxing and server was outstanding for our party of 12. Many of the group said they will definitely return.
